When you download more than 10 images to your phone and browse to the wallpaper to preview the downloaded image, your phone WILL FREEZE and display blue back ground screen (Similar to Microsoft blue screen when it crashes) with this message...

Does anyone know if you can download ring tones with words in them rather than just the melodies? I've downloaded like 1/2 of the programs and wasted $2 each time and don't even like the ring tones because they do not have words...If you know please tell me how to do it!!! THANKS

Is will the a610 allow .qcp format ringers? i gettin a data cable and i just wanna know thanx mobbdeep2005@msn.com

Does anyone know if the accessories for the SCH-A600 phone, (which looks exactly the same) will work for the 610. The gamepad and data-cable woud be great for this phone, but of course they say it doesn't work. Has anyone actually tried to use any of the A600 accessories.

I have had the 610 phone for about 6months. I love it. I just purchased data pilot, so I can get free ringtones and stuff. Anyway... My question is how do you charge your 610? How long? (Till the green light on the charger goes off?) Do you run the whole battery down and then charge it? Or, Do you frequently charge it without running the battery down? Is it possible to overcharge it?

I have had many problems with the 610 battery in the past and I had to get new ones from verizon. I ususally run it all the way down and then charge it. Is this correct?

hi, i just got the a-610 phone cuz ive had crap luck with the others ive had. how can i download free ringtones? i hate paying so much for one ring tone through the get it now feature. and i cant do squat on the internet on my phone! someone please explain to me. im so confused.

I purchased a USB cable from a vendor on Ebay. I loaded the drivers so that the phone would connect itself when plugged in to the USB port on my computer. How would I transfer ringtones. I did not receive any software to transfer ringtones or pictures. What software program does anyone recommend to use with a USB cable for the Samsung a610 verizon Wireless phone? Yo guys i need some help i found an SCH A610 but it was lock and i can't unlovk the phone b/c i do not know the password is there any way that i can bypass it or any other method which i can unlock the phone i tried through verizon but they gave me the run around they said the take it to tech support. can someone help me?

I see on Froogle that there's custom faceplates for the A610. Mine looks like the orginal Verizon faceplate is on tight...anyone tried changing faceplates? Does it void the warranty? Thanks

Wondering if anyone has found a good pouch style carrying case for the 610. I've been looking, but can't find anything that really jumps out at me. Right now I have the T730 and I have a nice pouch that would work with the 610, but it's got the motorola M on it and I would like something a little different.

Hello. I am currently using this phone that is for the Verizon network, but am wanting to use it on the alltel network. The people at alltel need to know the codes or whatever in order to activate it, and I was wondering if anyone knew the procedure in order to do so? Thanks.

One..is there a way to change the text?
2..Anywhere to get free ringtones or make ones?
3 I cant recieve texts from anyone with cingular, virgin, or nextell..can yall?
4. is there any way to change the outer apperiance of this phone?
and lastly...the anoying lil verizon wirelss thing that switches w/ the time..can i get rid of that and only have the time there?

I was wondering what those cables are used for with the phone. I know you can use it to hook it up to your computer. is it possibile you can use the cable to download mp3 from my computer to my phone? and it can do that can somebody else tell what else it can do?

Friend of mine dropped his a610 and trashed the screen... he can't view his phone numbers, and is in a panic.

Any suggestions on how he might dowload his numbers off the phone (my Mot. has PC Sync software), or where he might get the screen replaced/repaired?
