Samsung SPH-N270 (Matrix Phone)

This must be some kind of joke and insult to fans. This phone doesn't look anything like any phone from The Matrix and looks to be an opportunistic name drop to rip off fans of the movie.

One of my greatest possessions. As it has been said before, this phone is extremely unique. Sometimes I'd switch phones just to go out, great conversation starter. At any rate, I need to sell it. I bought my Matrix in 2004. I'm having some difficulties with getting a full ring tone. Neither Sprint nor Samsung seems to be willing to try to fix the phone. Samsung says that because it was a limited edition, they won't fix it. Has anyone out there had a problem with their Matrix? How did you handle it? thanks - John
