Why not 4.2 ??
If already updating, go all the way, to the newer 4.2!
That's so frustrating!!!

What? Before the S3?
This has to be a benefit of Google owning Motorola now.

Problems
😢
Sadly I had to return my Razr Maxx HD. I wanted a reliable android with great battery life and a larger screen. The phone worked fine for about a week, then I noticed I had to keep tapping the widgets on the screen to get them to respond. I thought that maybe my fingers were not hitting the screen properly. It went from bad to totally unresponsive to touch. I did a hard reboot by holding the on key with volumne. You cannot take the battery out. It was still frozen. Calls came in but I could not answer them. The screen was on but touch no longer worked. Fortunately I was within the 14 day period and I immediately returned the phone and did not want a new one until I checked to see if there were other similar problems. I was ...

Motorola also
originally promised ICS updates for some devices like the original Photon, and then later said no. Don't believe it until it actually happens folks.

Tower hand offs
I am about to switch over from AT&T to Verizon. I get nervous when I hear how phones on Verizon struggle with tower hand offs when the switch between 3G and LTE signal/towers and struggle when in an area of weak signals. Anyone have input on these potential issues.

Kevalr is a gimmick
So, they "line" the device with kevlar, or make the base piece of the device partially out of kevlar to increase the strength of the actual device above what it would normally be. If you were to put your phone in a situation where the added strength of the kevlar was put to the test, it wouldn't even matter - your phone would already be destroyed.

A valid question...
Would anyone like to speculate the performance of the camera function on this phone. I know nothing replaces a digital camera, but with the advances of tech. you would think that motorola would bring it up a notch in such a competitive mobile phone market.
My experience with the motorola camera feature on previous phones (unrooted) is not too good.

RAZR M
Finely Motorola figured out why the iPhone is so successful. Big isn't always better.
Way to go Motorola & Sky net...I mean Google. 👀

Verizon Logo
I was going to get this new phone, but with the Verizon logo ont the phone, I think I'll pass. Not that I minf the logo but it wastes the space on the display. I don't like the idea of giving something up in order to promote Verizon. I'll pass thanks.
