😁 Its already on the verizon website to buy. 269...but it doesn't show any rebates on it.

AND IT WAS BIG AND not very comfortable, someone here said something about the phone being like the i860 and I felt it was nothing like it. I don't know what to do, I was waiting for this phone and I don't even like holding it to my face. I still like my 4500 maybe I'll stick with it.

Well the time has come. Anyone know of a 24 hour Verizon store? 😉

I called lg customer service today to ask a question @ the 8000 they told me they could give no info @ the 8k because it was not yet relaesed. Anyhow, does the 8000 have a port for an external antenna ?

Will the LG-VX8000 be the best phone for verizon???.....i heard the LG-VX8100 will becoming out and will have bluetooth.....so my question is will verizon be coming out with better phones this year or will this be the best phone??

ok so finally tomorrow they are releasing the 8000, i've been waiting weeks for this phone....but my question is which phone is better in your opinion? is the 8000 really that huge? or are they similar in size?

Here's my opinion on the EVDO phones... 890, will be a pretty good phone, but those of you that text a lot like I do, will find that the keys are too close for comfort. If you have the 7000 right now the 8k is not much larger in comaprison, but here's why I'm going to get the 8000, the speakerphone, EVDO (obviously) and exact same menu system. Plus you can read your text messages on the outside of your phone, cool feature.

Why not to get the 8940: build quality is like the 8910, not that great. The camera extends out which makes it very likely to break. Quiet spearkerphone, test it, you'll see. Only good point to the phone is that the screen is very nice when viewing video clips thru vcast. I haven't see the clips played thru the 8k yet ...

I don't know if any of you guys have played with the motorola 1860, but the 8000 and the i860 are pretty much the same size. My friend has the i860 and i was playing with it, and the size seems perfect. You can press the buttons easily and the letters are easy to read also for text messaging 😁
