Alcatel Jitterbug Smart2
Setup failure
I’m trying to setup the phone in Ireland for a relative with an Irish sim. It rings when I call it, displays email and text message notifications on the Home Screen but when I swipe up to unlock I get the setup failure message to call customer care and error code 5. Customer care not answering. Have tried hard reset already. Any help appreciated.

Problem, I went to open an attachment, a photo and the whole text thread deleted.
HOW can I get that thread restored..there has to be a way with the android system, Alcatel, Jitter bug, Smart 2.
Great call doesnt have a clue and said once the texts are deleted there is no way to retrieve them. TO which I dont think they know what they are doing..
