Motorola SLVR L7
November release
i have a friend who works at motorola and he let me play with this phone. it has itunes on it (again itunes has a song cap)!!! and it comes out in november with cingular and the PEBL is coming out with t-mobile. also, contrary to the rumors, the moto Q is still coming out with Cingular, and they are really trying to get it out b4 the end of the year, but i think its the windows mobile thats delaying it, not motorola

dunno exact date, sorry! i wanna get this phone myself as well. dunno the price either, i believe cingular choses the pricing, my guess it'll be 400 dollars with a 2 yr

My moto account rep droped by today (with cookies to boot!) and I asked her about all the new phones and such...she said they are being very very tight liped about everything these days but did tell me that the Q, slvr, pebl, razr 2 and other 'low end' phones should be out by the end of the year...she said that there will be UMTS versions of all the high end phones, but its up to cingy to decide what they carry...basicly she said there are three to four versions of each phone in the works, which means that cingy will probably not have exclusives with moto anylonger...

I work for Cingular and I don't think that the phone will be priced at $400 with a 2-year. I believe it will be about 249.99 with a 2-year. about 419.99 retail...

I read on howardchuiforums.com that rumors have it that the Motorola SLVR L7 will be release on Nov. 14th. Can anyone concur to this date please?

Yeah just got an email about it today, it should be the 14th but we all know motorola and pushing things back.

No it was not from Motorola it was an internal email sent from my manager. I work for cingular.
