How to unlock Cingular Motorola L7

I have a cingular Motorola L7 I want to unlock so my brother can use it on T-mobile. Is there any method besides the test point to unlock this phone?

Test point? Just call cingular and they will email you the code. Pop in your brother's sim card and it will prompt for the code. Type it in and voila, you have an unlocked phone. 🤤
