Newsflash!
In case you have not noticed the release of the Razr has been pushed back. The delay is due to a software volume bug, so all the existing stock will need to be sent back and re flashed. It should launch internet exclusive on 12/07/05 & in stores on 12/12/05. 2yr pricing after $100.00 MIR will be $199.99. I apologise for the delay but remember these are internal dates that you should have never known about.

gunny do you happen to know how much the LG Vx9800 is retail? Cause at first i didnt like the phone at all. Now its really growing on me and although im definately gettin the razr. Im thinkin that the 9800 cud be a possible birthday gift in a year or so assuming nothing else good comes out.

what a nice way to start off with a bug and its not even out.
i think ill probably wait a while to get this phone after hearing this and the fact that i cant send myself self made mp3 ring tone snippets to use at my disposal
two strikes already and its not even out 😳

You don't know that to be true, there is always a way to get free ring tones. I'm sure it will work with bitpin if not something else 😁

can you do this with verizon's version of the Nokia 6255i? I can do it with that phone and I can also use full length mp3's as ring tones from my MMC card and I can send a full length mp3 via BT from the nokia to the RAZR(alltel version) and also use it as a ringtone...SWEET!!
EVDO Question, Verizon and Sprint customers, are you guys and gals paying extra for EVDO service? Alltel has not raised the price yet, ...

Thanks for the update. Better to having it work right the first time. Would be very disappointed after waiting for this if the volume was not right. What's 2 more weeks.
I have one question I'm very confused with. The internal & external screens. Some specs show 262,000 while others show 65,000 color.
I hope the internal screen is 262,000 due to the VCAST. I hope 65,000 is ok for the external since I use it to see the caller ID.
I was about to buy the Samsung 950 but held off when I found out how close this was to being released.
I have one question I'm very confused with. The internal & external screens. Some specs show 262,000 while others show 65,000 color.
