Great Phone - You just need to learn more about it.

The first few days with the phone was a little frustrating.

Here are some things you may want to know before buying:

Pros:
Sprint sold me the Power Vision Package when I activated my phone. I later that day found out this phone CAN'T use Power Vision. All you need is basic vision. Works fine just like it always has. You have unlimited use of the internet only now you can use the EVDO network. You still CAN send and receive pictures despite what you may hear even from the sprint techs. More on this in the forum under this phone.

Very handy to get emails when you are not near your PC. If you use Yahoo as I do, it works great. Read the forum on this to get the address to type in to use Yahoo.

Transcriber works well if you don't want to use the keyboard. I don't slide out the keyboard much. The mini, screen keyboard works fine for leaving reminders in Outlook.

Battery life has been fine for me. I have plenty of batt. life to get through the day. Yes it uses a battery faster than most of us that have only used regular phones in the past. Buy a car charger and an extra wall charger online for under 15 bucks.

Neat to set ring tones to what ever music you own.

Like the ability to put pictures and movies on the phone via the mini SD card. Yea, I wish it used a regular SD card but it doesn't, you will need one.

The earphone, mic. combo that comes with the unit work great!

Cons:
Mini SD card. Works but most people may already have a regular SD card. Extra purchase needed.

Bluetooth volume low on the Moto 850. I hear that Bluetooth in general volume is low anyway.

Had to do two soft resets due to Bluetooth issues. Still unsure why.

Lack of tech support knowledge due to being new. Need to wait longer to speak with a level II tech at Sprint. I have posted a bunch and learned a bunch from the forums on this site.

A little harder to send and rec. pictures with Vision but can be done.

Overall, a great phone!!!!!!

Terrible - No Memory

No Storage Memory. After one month of usage, there is no storage memory. No ability to remove any programs except through file explorer - which won't resolve issue.
Phone. Extremely difficult to dial; nearly impossible unless in one place and use stylus. Speed dialing is fair. Sound is similar to regular phone.
Verizon Support. Worthless. Very nice people.
Voice Activation. Non-existent.
Screen. Impossible to see in daylight.
Internet. Slow. Not all websites load up.
Email. Attachments are difficult to download. Great for short emails with text only.
Keyboard. Better than most others.
Recommend: Check around before buying. Extremely difficult to understand and non-existent tech support.
