This phone has serviced well until lately since its operating system is out of date.
The physical keys can be "sticky".
Reception has been good.
Its time for an upgrade.

I have this phone because it is what my employer chose but it would not have been my first choice. First, the phone has a very bad key board response. I frequently end up with mis-spellings due to the keys typing repeat characters, e.g. heello or tthiiis.. Extremely time consuming. The phone also has the home, return, options, soft keys right above the keyboard and they are hard to miss when typing the top row of characters. My friends with Android based phones laugh or shake their heads when they take my phone for a test drive.

PROS: Sharp display

CONS: Sticky keys, soft keys too close to keyboard.

I never thought I'd say it but I almost wish I had my old Blackberry 9700 Bold back.....

So Far So good!

Not eligible for upgrade for a while so figured well might as well get what I want & forked out the $$ for this. I like it better then the shift as the 4g signal is still not strong enough in most cases for me to not use wifi. I haven't had a Motorola for a while & really diggin the features on this phone. I Always liked the Pixi form factor but it had a slow processor, too small of a screen & lacked wifi. This solves all that. Realized how much iv'e missed the customization of all the android apps. Like how I customized the lack of this phones camera (which takes great shots by the way)not having a self timer or dedicated shutter button. Solved that with an app. Anyway great phone all around & would highly recommend over recent newer Sprint phones i've had including the EvoShift,BB Style,Samsung Transform,Etc & finally got over the Palm Pre since I broke it..

Picked this up two days ago. Replaced a HTC Hero. Before that a Palm Centro.

Pros:
Better battery life than Hero, good for an Android phone, lasts all day with lots of fooling around.

Smaller size than the 4" screen phones

Integrated keyboard form factor like Treo or BB

Screen resolution is fine for a screen this size.

Much faster than Hero more stable too

GSM radio with UTMS (3G data) for international use. Comes with a sprint SIM so you can be pre-activated before you go overseas (calls and data do cost a lot unless you buy a local SIM). It's like having a GSM phone when you travel.

It appears to be unlocked, so you can buy local SIMs when you travel.

Motoblur seems to be as nice as Sence as far as an OS overlay is concerned.

5mp camera is better than Hero.

Dedicated voice to text key

Cons:
No 4G capability, although it isn't stable where I live anyway.

Sprint now charges 10 dollars for this on plan like all other smart phones

No front camera.

No High Res Screen

Small 2GB included SD card, would like 8 or 16.

GSM totally locked out of US operation. Only works outside of US.
