Quick, fast and in a hurry.

First off, I need to be clear up front -- I can't stand touchscreen keyboards. They are slow and annoying to use -- at least to me. Physical keyboards are vastly superior to use, but usually come with compromises.

Samsung has limited the compromise here. This is the thinnest smart-phone that I have owned. The keyboard is small, but not so small to be difficult to use.

The screen is quite nice -- although, at lowest brightness, it's sometimes a little on the bright side -- not terrible, just takes a little getting used to.

This phone is quite fast. I have a tablet with the Tegra 2 processor in it, and believe me, the phone keeps up nicely. You usually don't have to wait, and when you do, it's usually the data connection that you are waiting for, not the phone itself.

Pros:
-- Quick, fast an in a hurry. If it's not the fastest phone out there, it's not very far behind.
-- Bright, clear display, with a touchscreen that 95 times out of 100 responds exactly how you want it to.
-- Keyboard -- more phones should come with them, and more should be like this. Small enough to carry, big enough to use.

Cons:
-- Battery life. Until they get better battery technology, this will remain a con. It usually lasts me most of the day, and the car charger helps -- if you don't have one, get one.
-- Sound Quality. It's usually good, but I've had problems on occasion in low-reception areas. (Milwaukee-Waukesha, WI) It's an avoidable / livable problem, and likely not limited to this phone.
-- Because it's fast and easy to use, you'll drain the battery quicker than you'd think. :)
-- No Android 4.0, yet.

All in all, one of the best phones available. Highly recommended.

Problem

This is great phone except the problem with emails. Sometimes it would load the emails sometimes it would not. When it loaded them some times it kept them sometimes it erased them. I spend hours on phone with Samsung including 1/2 hour of hold where they never came back. For what ever reason they could not correct problem so I went back to Blackberry. The touch screen is very sensitive with no adjustments.
