Best Compact Phone

Sony's Z3 Compact is by far the best phone released in the last few years. While all other companies have moved toward bigger handsets with huge screens that are hard to fit in your pocket, Sony managed to cram the internals of it's larger Z3 phone into the 4.6" screened Z3 Compact. The screen is beautiful and crisp, even if just 720p, and as a result, the Z3 Compact gets the best battery life of any Android phone to date! Don't believe me, check this list:

Anyway, the Sony camera and software all provides good features without bogging down the ROM with crud like Samsung typically does. The phone holds onto a signal better than any Verizon phone I had before, but since it's unlocked, I'm using it on TMobile now and cannot be happier. Verizon is overrated.

The phone has excellent build quality, microSD slot, front-facing stereo speakers, waterproof, and a physical two-stage camera button, all of which are features you cannot even find from other companies. And it's all in a package that fits well in your hand and pockets.

My only complaint really is that the back is also made of glass, making the phone kind of slippery to hold. I've ordered a 3M Vinyl sticker for the back to hopefully make it grippier.
