This phone is wonderful, I got it a few days ago from At&t the reception is great!!!!, I work in very rural areas and I get great reception georgetown sc and horry county, user friendly, I just knew I was going to return it because every phone Ive ever gotten it took me three phones to get one I was happy with, Cortana is very personize which I love you have to get a microsoft account which I had one already, the camera is good, I know it has 1gb but to me the phone is fast to me, it has a sd card, for extra storage..I dont miss android at all because the galaxys are to busy for me, but Iam not downing them because they are great devices,texting is a breeze on the lumia 640 xl, oh I almost forgot it does not wash out in the sun light still big bright display and I love the size of this device 5.7. I m a traveling sales (not with a celluar carrier)and the battery life last me almost 2 day and Im on my phone 13 hours a day. I dont have to walk around with a charger.
The only con I can say is the speakers could of had a more premium sound, and a bit louder, however the lumia 640 xl is as perfect a device can get.
