Do the right thing by considering the matte black!

What did I tell you... phones like this.

Yet another iTelephone for me (hey, I think I'm starting to like this "Steve Jobs" guy. Do you think?!)

Yes, quite as he had envisioned it (prior to you-know-what happening), it's the iPhone 7. In matte black.

Don't get the glossy black, that's the one that scratches really easily. Fools say it builds character but that's just because their phone is all scratched up and they're embarrassed!

Time for the major Pros:

- When I try to think of pros, my head spins because they're just everywhere on this phone. Thin. Bar form. Rounded corners. Solid matte finish. Need I go on?

- Sure, let's talk about photo quality. Battery life. Say you want resolution?

- We're all trying to change my earlier stance on Bluetooth. 10 years ago, if you asked me if I wanted Bluetooth, I cringed, just crumbled. I get it now. I use it. I like it. For those that don't follow: Sure you can connect lots of things to your phone using Bluetooth, but do you know what those things are and what they do? I didn't, and I'm happy now that I've learned.

Uh oh, it's that time again, time for the Cons:

- Okay one giant con was that the phone stopped receiving a signal after a couple of years. Not to worry, it was insured, but unfortunately it loses a star for that.

- The slightly protruding camera. Say, is that a banana in my handset, or...?

- Ugh still with the bezel, these guys. Did it ever occur to Apple to introduce a display with a minimal bezel, even WITH a notch? I'd be totally cool with it.

- And what do you think about adding something called Animoji to these phones. I think it would be good for business. Eddy Cue, if you use this idea, please mail me a hundred dollar bill.

Contrary to what one of the first reviewer wrote, the battery life is much longer, its night and day! Display is better and the operation on the phone is much faster than the 6S I had. I've been very happy with it and will never go back to android which is not user friendly as the iOS. Lastly, no issues with connectivity and even wifi mode is much stronger. Dual speakers are noticebly better also.....

iTumes deleted music and special ringtones. Not good. Audio is muddy and sometimes garbled both on the handset and to those on the other end. Not at all good. In our all day test, the battery did not last any longer than the 6 plus. Capture and holding the cell site is worse than the 6. Will return it, keep the 6, and wait for the next version. We did like the home button and overall feel but not enough to keep it and let go of the 6. Not at all happy. Not happy with Apple either, and enough to make us consider moving to an Android phone.
