Phone Scoop Review
Jan 7, 2018 by Eric M. Zeman
Verizon Wireless sells the Samsung Galaxy J3 Eclipse, an entry-level device, for well under $200. Here is Phone Scoop's in-depth review of this affordable Android smartphone. read review ›

I have had This Phone since December 2017 and I have to say that this phone has been a very good companion to have very reliable and it's pretty fast the battery seems to last long has great features on it..Has great apps as well.. I think this has been one of the best phones I have ever owned... With this one I don't need no other one.
Keeps me up to date on everything.. This phone deserves to be upgraded to the Oreo Firmware.
To those who don't want a bigger phone like the Samsung Galaxy 8 or 8+ This one is one perfect phone to have.It is one of the latest models that were made in 2017... So this phone is great and very reliable to have.

The J3 was lacking in memory and RAM which was addressed with the J3 Emerge.
It looks great, feels great, and the UI is absolutely stunning!
The main problem with this phone is the reception. No signal ever (here in Charlotte, NC)
I don't know if Boost Mobile shipped them out with a batch of bad SIMs or if the phone is just bad like that..either way I stopped stocking the phone in my store because who needs that headache.
