Phone Scoop Review

The KEYone is made by TCL and it runs Google's Android operating system, but this phone clearly has the heart and soul of a BlackBerry beating within. BlackBerry and TCL designed the KEYone together to ensure it offers the best from BlackBerry, TCL, and Google. With a physical QWERTY keyboard at your disposal, feel free to get your emailing and messaging on while enjoying epic battery life and powerful performance. Here is Phone Scoop's in-depth review of the BlackBerry KEYone. read review ›

After giving having every Blackberry since 7250 thru Blackberry Torch 2 and switching to Apple iPhone 4S, 5 & 6s I am happy to say I back to using a phone as a business tool and not a TOY! I took me a few days to get used to having a query keyboard again, but I could not be happier! This phone can be personalized where a iphone can not! The cellular reception is stronger and the Android Platform meant I didn't have to worry about not using the apps I was used to! They do not make a million accessory for this Blackberry but I did get the OEM Blackberry Case and ordered a slipgripmounts.com car holder for my phone/case and is was in business. My Black Editon was less than half of what a new iphone cost! Goodbye Apple....How do you like those Apples???

I've had the KEYone for three weeks after upgrading from a Passport SE, and feel this BlackBerry might be the best of all worlds.
It's a beautiful and well-built piece of technology, period. It incorporates the best of Blackberry past (keyboard, superior quality hardware components, styling, security, battery life, and the incredible communications Hub) with the best current practice of Android and access to programs and apps.
Whats not to like?
Nothing.
Absolutely nothing.
It feels better in the hand than the Passport, and runs Android smooth and seamlessly....the keyboard is arguably Blackberry's best ever. It's amazing to hear those who think they can type faster on non-physical keyboard devices stick by their iphone or clone when if they acclimated to the BlackBerry keyboard they'd be stunned at just how faster they type. It was also interesting to hear the Best Buy rep say she chose her iphone because of its so-called 'security'.
Rather incredulous how misinformed people are.
I do prefer the ad-free and uber efficient BBOS10.3 over Android, but Android is still superb, and combined with the best BBOS features suddenly creates a synergy and device that is the best of all things.......at least in the humble mind of this mobile user for over 25 years.
