My phone came this Thursday May 24th, one day previous to when they said I would get it. And it came in the morning, so had all day and night to play with it and set it up.
Pro: For not having QHD, the screen is sharp, I don't see any pixels, since I don't do VR, it's not an issue.

The device is extremely well built, I bought the Midnight Black (matte) noticed no defects, seems or any imperfections. The fingerprint scanner, and facial scanner are extremely fast and easy to set up.

Phone is fast, does wifi, volte and has T-Mobile's new LTE bands. DASH charger is extremely fast. Phone came with about a 44% battery charge. Downloaded, transfer and did an ota update and inside of an hour was at 100% Right now I'm at 69% at 2:35am, phones been off then charger since around 1145am yesterday I just wish where I work (Pomona, NJ) that bands 66 and 71 were available.

No bloatware while it isn't stock android, it sure looks like it. There's numerous modifications that you can do, gestures, layouts etc. Including hiding the notch if you so wish.

Phone connected and paired with my 2013 Honda Accord with no problems.

Cons: Of course the notch, it really doesn't bother me but it is there.

No i.p. 68 or any other water resistance rating.

No wireless charging.

This is my 3rd One Plus phone, had the original OPO, and the 3t. Still have them and they still work. I don't have any connections problems in and around the Toms River area on T-Mobile. Except for a quick shot, really haven't used the camera. I'm not a big camera fan on phones. Don't want crap, but I don't expect it to replace a DSLR. I fully understand people have different needs and expectations on this topic.
