The K342 is a ok phone. It has its ups and downs...more downs than up. As a rep I have seen ALOT of these phone come in power cycle. Kyocera extended a warranty just for phones power cycling.

Pros:
-1.3 MP camera
-External Caller ID
-Internal Antenna
-Ok sized Keypad
-T9 Quick Text
-Can Bluetooth Pics/Ringtones
-External Dedicated Camera Button
-Slender Design
-True/MP3 ringtones

Cons:
-Slight Cheap Feel
-Lower than normal signal strength
-The power cycle...its so annoying because you loose all your contacts
-Slight web related issues

This is the mainstay of POCKET Smart Wireless. For the price you get a good quality phone that has the features that most more expensive phones have. It seems that only POCKET Smart Wireless (here in san antonio and rio grande valley) carries this phone, though I could be wrong.

PROS:
-Low Priced
-1.3 Mp camera
-15 second video clips
-Bluetooth compatible
-Small clamshell
-Colored external display
-Phonebook capacity 6 phone#'s 2 e-mail 2 websites address and notes
-hold call feature allows for 2nd caller to hear a pre-recorded message (or music)
-Main screen (interior screen) is actually pretty big
-Add in kyocera mobile phone tools and you can backup and restore contact lists as well as create your own ringers

CONS:
-Battery life isn't that great (gotta charge every night)
-Indoor signal can get really weak
-POCKET doesn't support BREW
