i noticed that the w810i has a lithium polymer battery. is this a better battery than a lithium ion one?

Anyone with an opinion on which of these two phones are the best please give me some advice. I'm debating on switching from Verizon to Cingular and I don't know which phone to chose. Cost is not a factor.

What good experiences do any of you have with particular carriers and the use of Blackberry devices in the North Central Illinois area. (DeKalb, Genoa, Belvidere). I currently have Cingular for my cell carrier and they are really frustrating the heck out of me with horrible service. Don't get me wrong it is not all their fault, it is partially mine since I live in a farm field. I just don't want to get a blackberry and not be able to use it in my home area.

I have a razr v3, and a few weeks ago, the gprs icon would sometimes disappear, but restarting the phone would restore it. However, since yesterday, the icon has been completely gone, and nothing I do makes it come back. What is wrong here? My friend has the same exact phone, and she still has the GPRS icon, so I'm wondering what's going on.

Service in Downtown Chicago Area has been out since approximately Wednesday. The excuses keep coming in as to when service will be back up.

Gotta love T-Mobile, VZW, US Cell, Sprint and Nextel with No Service interruptions in Downtown Chicago.

Anybody know when any new phones are coming out? I just resigned my contract, but i did nto buy a phone yet because frankly, their selection is junk. Im currently using my old LG L1400, and the thing is lagging like crazy. Any help would be great! Thanks!

i work at a kiosk, i have this old lady who was upgraded to a razr and visited 4 times.

1st visit:
Problem: "My razr's battery is dead, i missed 5 important calls"

Solution: Her razr charger was in it's original packaging, we told her "madam, you DO need to charge your phone to keep the battery alive"

2nd visit:
Problem: "My voice mail isn't working! do something!"

Solution: she never set up her voice mail, she assumed that the voice mail set up voice was a "blocker"?, we also noticed that her razr was full of face cream and face powder so we advise to keep her phone away from the make-up

3rd visit
Problem: same as above (she forgot already)
Solution: same as above, except there was still make up on the phone

4th visit...

What is cingular going to do now that T-Mobile is saying that they have the fewest dropped calls out of any national carrier. T-Mobile does not have very good coverage, but I personally think from having Cingular and T-Mobile, that tmobile beats cingular as far as staying connected and not dropping my damn call when they have coverage, keyword is WHEN. I also think that Cingular has way to many customers for what its network can handle, that maybe the reason for dropped calls left and right.

Hello im looking for a used razr any condition just not broke. something kinda cheap any color. i have a slvr and i want a flip phone i really miss my razr. i know it would be a downgrade if i went back to my razr but im really thinking about it my slvr is almost brandnew i have had a case on it since day 1 and i have had it since aug. if anyone has an BRAND NEW razr i may be willing to do a even trade. i know its not ebay. but if anything let me know thanks.

If you buy a cingy phone prepaid, and then switch it to something else, will the phone (if it is) still be quad-band?

One of the things I hate the most about working CS is when customers decide to cancel their service (or have it involuntarily disconnected) and either demand that the ETFs be waive or state that they are NOT going to pay it. 😕

When you start cellular service with ANY cellular company, you sign a contract. This contract ALWAYS states the if the service is disconnected before the contract is fulfilled, you agree to pay an early termination fee. Also, ALL service providers add a line in the contract that YOU sign that says something along the lines of "WE (service provider) do NOT guarantee service in all areas all the time."
