So I have a question about the 30 day return/trial policy at Cingular. Lets say I buy online from Cingular, and get all my stuff, and love the service, but not the phone. Whats my options at that point? Live with a phone I dont like? Return it all, cancel, and start over? Someway to change out phones easily, without huge outlays of hard to find $$$$?

A spike in spam volume over the past several weeks is hindering the ability of Nextel Communications' customers to send and receive inter-carrier and intra-carrier text messages. The problem, which Nextel says started in mid-March, is resulting in several hours of delays in text message delivery.

😈 😈 😈 😈 😈 I have the GoPhone BLUES. I work legacy blue and deal w/ gophone for approx. 3-4 hrs a day. I can't take it. I hate them. We can xfer to gophone dept but when they are never open. There is a gentleman reporting that he purchased a Moto a630 (Cingular branded) at his store in the Mall in Virginia (a630 forum). Is there anyone out of any other market selling the phone? I haven't called any of my local Corporate stores in Dallas yet.

It was my understanding that this phone was not to be released, and/or if it was it was avaliable in the telsales department only. Cingular chaging its mind.....imagine that! 🙂

Hey i'm new to posting but ive been around for a while. and i was just eager to ask this question to anyone in the wireless biz.... Do you believe having a cell phone is a necessity?? or a luxury?... the reason why i ask this is because it gets annoying to hear customers want a free phone when they upgrade. yes now in these days cell phones are HELPFUL.. but not a necessity...this isnt an attack on anyone. just wondering on people's perspective.
