LOST SIM CARD

My friend broke my phone (completely snapped it, in half) not too long ago and I was thinking about buying a phone when my contract ends. Thing is, I kept my SIM in my wallet since my phone had been broken and apparently, it found it's way out of my wallet.

I was wondering if I could just get a new SIM and have my account switched to that.

If not, what other options do I have?

Insurance on Nokia 6600

Hey folks just had to do an insurance claim on my 6600 and they could only offer me the v330 or the a630. I needed quality RF from the Nokia so how does the V330 compare in RF and actual phone quality? If somebody could help me out I would appreciate it! Thanks in advance for your insight.

T-Mobile MDA IV

Has anyone else seen this PDA smartphone?

This is just the type of phone I would be interested in. Is my guess correct that something like this wouldn't come out in the US until T-Mobile has a UMTS network and that won't be until at least 2007 when they can bid on the spectrum?

"Longer than usual hold times"

When I signed up with T-Mobile, just over a year ago, and I called customer service they would answer before the automated message would finish saying you can check account information online. Now, it seems every time I call it says "Due to high call volume, you may experience longer than usual hold times" and it takes a lot longer to talk to someone. Did T-Mobile cut down on the number of customer care reps, or why is there a sudden change in hold time? One of the reasons I went with T-Mobile is because the customer service was great and you didn't have to wait forever to talk to someone (unlike other companies I talked to). Thanks for the input.
