I read they did away with all the suncom plans. Is this true and did they let you out of your contract if you didn't want to change?

The so called google phone will be released first week of Oct. It will be called the HTC Dream.

Also, coming is the Samsung Tocco and the BB Bold. PLUS, a TMO exculsive is the formerly known as BB Kickstart this is the one that looks like the Pearl but its a clam shell ... BBs first clam shell phone.

And 3G will be rolled out in 19 more cities by year end 😁

Yesterday all my data services quit working. I currently have a Motorola Krzr that I bought in June 08. I went to the tmobile store yesterday and they worked on my phone for an hour if not more. They tried putting my sim card in another phone and i still had no data services. They replaced the sim card with a new one, and I still do not have any data services. There are no outages in my area and all the other phones on my family plan work fine with there data services. When I try to connect it say Network not available. I ended up having to leave the store because the said there was nothing that there was nothing else they could do for me. I was just curious about prices for phones in the UK so I surfed over to T-mobile's UK site. They offer free laptops w/ data plan, free Nintendo Wii's, free PDA phones. Totally different that what they offer here in the US. What gives?

Has anyone been privileged to the new batteries for the Shadow yet? 😳 I've been told by T-Mobile that HTC shipped the Shadow even though they knew the battery's were crap and now they have new extended life battery's for them. I've been waiting for about two and a half weeks now and still haven't gotten it. Granted the weather here in "sunny" Florida hasn't been the best the past couple weeks, but, if my lazy mailman can get my mail here how come T-Mobile can't get me a battery? 🙄 It'd be nice to be able to take my phone off the charger and actually walk around the house or God forbid out in the yard with it, let alone even leave the house. Who the hell am I kidding like that'll ever happen.

Hey I have a friend who is receiving a lot of unavailable calls. She has a Sidekick LX, I'm not familiar with Tmobiles features or phones; but is there anything that can be done to prevent that call from coming into her phone?

TMO is on the rise ... finally. Before year end we will see the Samsung T919 (aka Tocco) and the TMO G1 (aka Google Android). Both will support 3G and feature touchscreen and upgraded camera.

Also on their lineup for this year will be the Blackberry Bold. Regardless of what you read the BOLD will be released on TMO THIS YEAR!

As TMO continues to roll out their #G network we will see other exceptional phones as well.

I have a flex acct with tmo, and ever since i added an additional line to my acct and switched my plan to a family share plan, i have been on the phone with cs and tech for the past week. my secondary line is a bb8320 and the issue that i have is that i cannot make or receive calls. i can access the internet and send text msgs but no voice. i had the sim card replaced and my voice calls worked but my internet did not. i called in and they fixed the internet but now my call won't work again. it's like i'm only allowed to have one or the other. the reps are very polite but they keep offering me min and i don't need min, i need the phone to work properly!! This has been going on since the line activated on 8/29. Any ideas on what i should do? T...

My contract is up for the 11-mo. renewal in Nov. so starting about then I will be looking to upgrade....any new Nokias on the horizon for this timeframe? I am not in a huge rush since my 6263 is working fine, so I am willing to wait if there is something new and nice coming even into next year.

OK, I would like to know if anyone in here has tried to cancel your contract with TMO because of their price increase with text messages? I have heard that since they broke a contractual agreement with the consumer the consumer can by all rights cancel service without a ETF. Is this true and has anyone tried it? I just signed a contract about 1-1/2 months ago and already a price increase? That is total BS.

Hows working for t mobile. Good benefits, employee phone plan...etc. Interviewing with them and was just curious.
