I have an application question. I currently have the Blackberry Curve, and was wondering if anyone knows why Wachovia does not offer their mobile text feature with tmobile but offers it with every single other carrier. It seems like t-mobile is missing out on a lot of phones, and programs with other companies..

I currently work in a high pace, high sales, environment with a T-mobile Retail Partner, my girlfriend is looking for a job and doesnt want to be in such a fst paced enviroment...but i still think sales would be good for her. There is an opening in a tmobile corp store in our area, i just wanted to get some ideas about what she could expect if she were to apply nd get hired, what type of pay scale and commission scale they have at a corp store....i love tmobile and hear working for them directly is a fun experience and doesnt hurt paying some bills.....any thoughts???thank you everyone who responds

So, what is your list of top phones for each individual carrier, including this one???

i have been having this ongoing issue for quite some time....I originally have a pearl and pic messeges work. I bought a samsung t819 and could not get the picture messeges to work. no matter how many times i called customer care it just would not work. so i returned it and went back to the pearl. then i bought a katalyst and sure enough its the same issue. the picture messeges will not send or recieve. does anyone have any advice?

Okay so I just got T-mobile with my Blackberry Curve. I've had it for two months, and my device is now defective. Perfect condition, I even reloaded the software, but it is constantly freezing with the spinning hour glass for long periods of time. It also takes about 7-10 minutes to turn on once I power it off. So I called T-mobile after doing all the troubleshooting, and verified that there was no moisture damage.
Of course they offer to give me a refurbished Curve. Which is astounding considering I'm in a two-year contract paying $130.00 a month. I don't want a refurbished one I just got a brand new...so I'm pretty irked. I humbly request that they give me a different device of lower value but actually new...as I was going to be with ...

I need help trying to retrieve my blackberry emails. I've had the blackberry the past 2 years and used to have the data plan (email & internet). I took off the $20 plan a few months ago because I simply couldn't afford it and decided the internet was too slow anyway, and I barely recieve any emails through my blackberry.

Well, to make a long story short, I need to retrieve some of my emails that are sent to my blackberry. When I go to t-mobile.com and click on "blackberry email" it won't direct me there. Is there anyway I can retrieve my emails from my blackberry even though I don't have the data plan any more?

Ok, about a year ago I renewed my contract (2yr) and upgraded to a Nokia 6103.

Noticed after a few days that the reception audio was "choppy" a lot. Finally traced it to the car I was driving. In other words, the phone works fine in other cars, and other phones work fine in this car. Apparently the 6103 is suseptable to interference that my car is putting out.

23 days after renewing my contract I contacted T-Mobile. They told me since it was past 14 days (I'm in Calif.), that I can't return the phone for something different. I specifically told them I'll keep the contract, just want a different phone. They refused. Went through the process of having them send me three replacements, all of which had the same problem. Ok, so on the maps online and in the store is shows the coverage and partner roaming. however i went to a store and they told me that anywhere at&t has coverage, you can roam on their network for no charge, so they said to look at the at&t map and that is the coverage. is this true???/ if so looks like tmo has better coverage than thought

I live in the Raleigh,Durham area and have yet to see a strong T-Mobile showing. Would anybody who works for them tell me how this national company has missed a great new up and coming area such as raleigh? even charlotte?

Ok guys... I have been here (at Phonescoop) a long time. I have been in the wireless business for damn near 10 years.... and have decided to start a little website with some info that isn't normally covered anywhere at the moment.

I am going to use my knowledge and research skills to find you the best deals on cell phones out there. These "deals" will be updated weekly. I will be covering Tmo, Cingy, and Sprint. We don't have Verizon where I live so no VZW stuff at the moment.

It'll probably be about a week before the site goes live....

I also intend to have some reviews of mobile programs, how to's (like getting out of contracts), and other misc stuff.

does anyone know when 3g will be launched in chicago

Anyone know it the Blackberry Curve and/or 8120 will work with T-Mobile's 3G network when rolled out later this year? Or will you have to get a new phone?

I want to get out of my contract but don't have 200 bucks to do so. Can i simply take off all the services on my phone? It would be like keeping the line there just wouldn't be any service on it.

Spare me the unnecessary backlash if you think this is a dumb question. Thank those who do help in advance.

Hello, I have The Tmobile Wing and love it except for the mediocre processor speed.
I'm wondering when will the next PDA WM6 (or greater) hit the Tmob network?

In addition to the last thread I posted, how has your experience with Asurion been? So far, I feel like they are way too expensive, and if you do the math, (multiply the monthly fee by the number of months of the contract, plus the deductible), it is just not worth it. It is way cheaper, for most phones, to just buy another phone.

Only for the most expensive phones, like the MDA, it is worth it, but they have some screwy limitations, for example, they will only replace the phone twice. Two replacements should be good enough for most people, however, with a two year contract, anything could happen.

What do you guys think?
