I keep getting a erorr message ATP 523 rest on my new curve it is really pissing me off it has been doing it for the last hour? any help would be appreciated.

Well, I know T-Mobile is a much bigger company (in europe) than Cingular ever was and They had the first GSM network in the USA (cingular was TDMA at that time). Then how did cingular build a much better network in terms of coverage and 3g services and T-Mobile with their deep pockets just sat on the side line? There is a missing step here that I don't know about. Can someone please explain.

My contract is at the 11-month upgrade window in November, so looking ahead, what is the best option here: 1) Go ahead and pick from the current offerings (assuming that the 3G is still some time away) or 2) should I just wait for a 3G rollout within a few months in 2008? Basically I'm trying to get an idea when the 3G capability is expected at this point, or at least when the 3G phones will become available. I have a Nokia 6133 currently, and would nost likely stay Nokia.

Does anyone know when EDGE might possibly be implemented on T-mobile. I know that ATT has it up "nationwide". I am up with T-mobile right now and really dont want to have to port my number over to ATT.

Just curious, I have friends using other carriers and they can send sms to me. Can anyone send sms to Guam.

i currently have t mobile, and i have heard rumors that soon they will release 3g network on their cell phones. does anyone know if when 3g network is available will t zones offer any new things?? like maybe something like verizons vcast service???? 🤨 🤨 🤨 🤨 🤨 🤨 🤨

(all of t mobiles network actually) and i was wondering if anyone reading this post knows when t mobile will be launching 3g network, or if they will at all. so if anyone knows anything that could be useful please leave a responce. thanx! 😁

Something happened tonight when I had to take an escallated call from a woman claiming the sales rep at the store promised her activation fee's would be waived. She was a current customer, activating a 4th line. ARPU was incredibly high, and very few adjustments have ever been given to her, so she's not abusing the system, and I wouldnt see a problem giving her a credit. However, we become very good distinguishing lies and the truth. She had stated every one of her activation fee's were waived up to this one, and this one would be too.

First after reviewing the account, no activation fee's had been waived, and we had memo's to support she was...

I have been hearing rumors of a Sidekick 4 and have even seen a picture of what it might look like, I think it was on BGR, but thought that it was a long way off.

Today, in the corporate store where I work, we got literature about a Sidekick LX that is going to be launched on Oct. 24th. It says that it is slimmer, sleeker, has a larger, sharper high-res screen and MySpace access.

It seems to have snuck up on me and I try to keep up with things on this board and others.

Does anyone know if this is the "Sidekick 4" or a phone that is supposed to pacify the hardcore Sidekickers?

Why are people still replying to Ooooold threads? I could careless about what happened 7 months ago. Lets talk about when TMo will be releasing more handsets. I saw on home page that a Samsung flip music phone is available today. Also, why is the SK LX retailed @ $499??? 😳 Im sure that TMO will sell millions of these handsets but that is bit much for a device that doesn't have that many upgrades and comes in two hideous colors. 🤨

My wife and I each have a line with T-Mobile. My wife's account is on month to month and mine has another 15 months left to go. We wish to change phone numbers. When I called the company to change they just told me to change the sim cards. Why won't they allow me to just change the two numbers?

what texting phones (keyboard, etc) does T-Mobile have available that have good memory, battery life, and that aren't massive? I also don't want something that's insanely expensive too. I need tier 3 help, and spent 2 hours calling tmobile tech support from Japan on my dime, and after finally being told i was being forwarded to tier 3, i got disconnected.

basically, SMS messages from Softbank Japan (aka Vodafone) to T-Mobile users are NOT going through, most of the time, or show up 1-2 weeks later.

I know this because I have tested my Softbank Japan phone against my friends and family back in the states. Half of them are on AT&T, and half are on T-Mobile, plus a handful of Sprint and Verizon buddies, too. And, I also have both T-Mobile and AT&T 3G 2100mHz phones that are working here, so I can test my Softbank Japan phone against my two roaming American phones.
