Motorola RAZR2 V9m

Alright-I know this may seem like a strange question, however, I was wondering if the v9m has a stopwatch on it. I know that most Motorola phones don't, but I was curious as to if the new razr would. Let me know!

Has anyone had any issues with this phone. Is it worht buying?

I know i said this before but im gonn wait to see if theres a hack to get the Alltel UI on the V9m for verizon version.

If not ill gladlly wait for the new Lg 8350 which i personally think looks better, but the UI makes a huge difference for me because i buy alot of games like a Nerd!

But i might buy one just to try and return it.

I can't decide . I was going to get the LG Chocolate 8550 and try that for a week before deciding on the v9m for Verizon. I thought that maybe some feedback would come in within that week. ANyone think that might be a good idea? The verizon pricing seems to be all over the place and I'm not exactly sure which price to believe. HOWEVER, I'm thinking that if the Verizon price has the instant rebate on line, that might seal the deal. Any thoughts?

When does it come up online (it's not on testman yet)? Exactly midnight perhaps?

I have the V9m thru sprint and cant seem to find a way to use MP3's as ringtones! Any ideas?

I read on one of the reviews that you need the "unlimited data plan for this phone, because it does it all" is this the $44 data plan that PDAs on verizon use??

For those who have this phone, how is the battery life, and do they offer an extended battery??

I just got my phone- called yesterday afternoon, customer service and they took my order! It is very nice. Great feel, very, very slim, outstanding displays and really nice quality. Have not used the phone yet but I am sure it will be fine. It was worth the wait and much nicer than the LG- VX8700.

C'mon Sprinties you guys have had a week with the phone and only 1 review. What are your initial impressions of signal, battery life, features, etc. How are we ever going to decide if we want it without your un-biased opinions 😎

Does anyone know re the visibility of the screen in direct sunlight? This is an area of frustration with me with most cell phones.

The internal screen appears rather small. Is this just because of the large border around it, or is it really kind of small? Also, how much bigger is the inside screen?

I have Verizon and i was wondering, will the 100$ rebate be automatically inputed if you order this Razr phone from Verizon online? Will the price be 250$ automatically 🙂 or do you pay 350$ then receive a 100$ rebate by mail? or is it already 250$ when you order? any help would be great thank you!

who cares what CDMA carrier gets it the V9m is crippled,
its slower 225Mhz compared to 500Mhz on the V9
screen resolution is SUBPAR 65k 🤣

not to mention Rev0 compared to HSDPA 3.6(ya att suports 3.6)!!
V9m cant do video calling
AND on Edge the battery for the V9 lasts 6+ hours while the v9m will only last 3.5

not to mention the verizon CRIPPLED version that wont allow anyone to bluetooth pics video or ANYTHING to one another!!!

So I just got done ordering my RAZR2 from Sprint's website. I am returning my LG LX570 (Muziq) to my local Sprint store for a refund. Should be getting my new phone on Friday or Monday! Cost me like $430.00 with tax. =(

I LOVE the brown color of the RAZR 2 on the cnet site but on the other links that I have looked at , it doesn't appear to be the brown color.

I am planning on ordering online next week as soon as it is available. I have been wanting a RAZR for a long time and this one looks great! My brother , who is a corporate employee for Verizon, has the original razr and has NEVER had a problem with it, not even the battery life! So, if this one is better than I should be in luck. PLUS, I was at a concert and the majority of people there were taking pictures with their phones and most of them were Razrs. If the razr was so bad, why would so many people keep them and not return them within the 15-30 day free trial!
