We purchased these phones after reading many reviews saying how great they were and that they had great battery life. Overall the phone itself is not bad, seems to run smoothly and is fairly easy to use with a sleek design. Battery life on the other hand sucks. In a typical day both my husband and I have to charge our phone two to three times, itâs done this since we got our phones. If we donât they are dead by midafternoon. One pro is the turbo chargers do charge your phone fairly fast. On the down side in the 13 months weâve had these phones weâve had to replace chargers three times because they stop working out of the blue. My daughter, teenager that is always on her phone, she has a Samsung and charges her phone about every 36 hours and it still has a charge on it before plugging it in. Big difference from the Moto force!

Get ready to buy new chargers for this phone. I purchased this phone when it was in preorder. Got it and immediately noticed the charger is different. So all of the turbo chargers I have are a waste. I need three chargers for the different vehicles I drive, oh and don't forget the powermat I bought, yep it won't work on it either. I have been and will be a Motorola / Lenovo fan (4th Motorola phone), but this phone is probably the worst phone I've ever purchased. My previous phone was the Turbo which I loved. I used my Motorola S10 headphones in the gym last night and could hear the gym music over my own headphones (which mine was on max). There unfortunately is not anything impressive about this phone. The battery life is ok but not as good as my Turbo. I had two calls drop for no reason. Today I had three game apps installed on my phone I never installed. I will probably send this phone back to Verizon and wait for a better phone. On a scale of 1-10 I'd give this phone a 7.
Pros:
Display is huge and colorful
Charging is fast with it's charging cable
For a man with big hands it fits fine
Finger scan works well
Cons:
Having to buy all new charging cords and mats
Smartlock doesn't always work
Volume from Bluetooth isn't impressive
Battery life is ok
Over priced @$700.00
