anyone in here work in telesales?

So i go online this morning to add an air card to my account, the card was completely free after the contract but for some reason they needed to have my credit card info. ok no biggie, i only have debit but i gave that to them. Then it came back that the card wasn't authorized or some bs so i check the info and try again, still nothing. Anyway, my question is, i know that what they offer on the web is completely different usually from what they offer in telesales but is there anyway i can get this same offer thru telesales? i'd be willing to forget the $50 service credit they were offering lol. just help please 😁

Has anyone successfully used a Verizon branded USB720 modem on the sprint network?

10 Lines Need HELP!

I have a customer who has 10 lines of service and wants to have 2 3000 minute family plans to split the 10 lines up. Problem is system does not recognize which phones go to which plan so all of the phones are sharing off of 1 3000 minute package. Customer care told me that cust would have to sign additional lines on individual plans for it to work. This cannot be the only sprint customer that needs 10 lines. Is there something I am missing or is there no way we can help this customer and allow him to have 2 family plans. Also billing system is Ensemble.

sero plan and PDA and smarphones unlimited data question

It is my understanding that when you are on the sero plan, you get unlimited data and web. EVEn for the pda phones like the moto q, palm centro , treo or Touch? I read here that A blackberry will require its own plan which would be an extra $30? But what about these otehr PDA or better yet, which one include the unlimited use of the web and data? I am looking to get one the sero plan but not at the expense of another $30 every month. THank you. Also can I sign up for the $30 plan and then change it a higher minute plan without extending my contract. thanks

How bout them iDEN prices!?!?

Can you believe it!? Finally, iDEN phones in the price range they should have ALWAYS been.

Its so easy to sell 880s for 99 bucks now, it makes me happy to see we're trying to do some good things.

Not to mention the ic902 dropped to 150!

SPRINT STORE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SALE!

Hey everyone,

Please don't see this post as some type of spam or blurb message. Check my profile, I've been on Phonescoop for a long time now.

Anyway, I work for a chain of indirect Sprint stores that is going out of business and has a ton of inventory to get rid of. We have a lot of current model phones and accessories. So, if you're interested, email dan@cwcpcs.com with what you want and make an offer.

Sero Plan Moto Q and $100 Rebate BUt it requires a $25 data plan

the Data plan is included in the sero plan from Sprint. they are currently offering a $100 mail in rebate for this phone. When you print the rebate form, it states that a $25 is only good if a Data plan of $25 is included in the plan. Isn't the data plan included with the $49.99 plan. I would hate to sign up for this, but the phone for $179 minus the expected rebate, and find out 10 weeks later that I do not qualify for the rebate. the same thing applies to blackberry. ANyone know the answer to this

Had a treo 650 with a SERO plan. Just upgraded today to pearl. I was told this can be done with the $30 blackberry power pack. Now I am not getting internet or the email. Sero Plans , Roaming and Service Help

I am currently with Verizon and I am happy with the service I am getting on my voice plan. I looked into upgrading into a smartphone or a pda and I could not believe how expensive their services are. So I decided to look around to see what else is out there. I stumbled into this Sero plans trhough a simple Google search and I could not believe how much of a bargain "it seems to be". But is it a bargain or some sort of teaser? I noticed that they offer unlimited data, email, mobile to mobile, unlimited long distance, and plenty of minutes for $49.99. I noticed taht ROAMING was not part of the description of the plan. Is this posible? SO if I go out of town, I will be charged a lot of moeny or I will get one of those surprising bills which I n...
