its about time, as hard as we work our butts off here takin care of customers we got a raise today. everyone is going to the same base rate, but all in all i got a raise of 1.20... thats gonna help out sooo much when it comes to moving outta grannys house lol.

Ok is it possible to have Sprint print me out a break down of my plan, including my employee discount, loyalty discount, free text messaging and no monthly occuring 3rd line fee? Everytime I ask they send me just the basic breakdown excluding all of the above, eventhough I receive them I want them on paper.

im already a sprint customer. phone is eligible for upgrade and need to get my husband a phone. any suggestions for phones that are durable and have good signal?

i have a sanyo mm-8300 which has def. been durable and signal has been ok.
honestly, i fell in love with the BB Pearl even though i don't need a blackberry, i just like how it looks.

seems like sprint has kind of junk phones for the most part and they NEVER seem to release anything new thats worthwhile....

Talk about closing some stores, look at this map and notice #10, 8, 5, 2 they are all corporate stores within 10miles max

Im thinking about paying my ETF and getting a SERO Plan but my question is do I have to pay a Deposit? If I do then ill just stay with a regular sprint plan...but if i dont thats great because it comes out cheaper to get a new phone this way(if i dont have to pay a deposit)

I emailed ecare and asked about the pick 3 option being added to my account, they email me back and said they would be happy to add it for free. I'm not one of those customers who are always trying to wiggle something out of Sprint, it's just my wife is pregnant and the pick 3 option would work great for all her calls to her mom. Done deal. In a recent District conference call, it was confirmed that one of the Sprint corporate retail stores in Columbus, GA, will be closing their doors and terminating the entire staff there without any option for transfer to another department within Sprint as part of the 125 corporate retail stores to be completed over the next two weeks. At least the axed employees will walk with 8 weeks of salary plus 1 week for every full year works at Sprint as well as 100% pay out for PTO and accrued vacation.
