Sprint samsung m510 problems.

has anyone else had problems with this phone turning off and back on again for no reason, its got a full charge but sometimes when i go to use say yahoo messenger it doesnt want to log in so i try to exit the application and try again but it just resets the phone. or i could be talkin on the phone and the phone will turn off and back on by itself, its annoying as all get out, i dunno if its manuf. defect or what, but i live a good hour away from the nearest repair center, so if you have any info about what could be goin on please let me know. thanks 😁

i already knew my store was closing...

but i didnt know they already took our store off of the sprint store locator! a customer called retention from our store today and they asked for our phone number and our address and they couldnt find it. I went to sprint.com and they already removed our store ☹️ guess thats how you can find out if your store is closing!!

Best Service

K guys, I got one simple question

What sprint phone will give me the best reception.

I live in a rural area where reception is sometimes hit or miss. While a realize that no phone can promise reception everywhere. I'm merely wondering what phone will give me the best chance of getting reception.

Everything I have researched on line has given me reviews or threads from like 3 years ago. I'm interested in what new phones I should be looking at.

I appreciate it and thank you in advance

? for Sprint pda users

I am currently about to purchase a Treo 755p or a HTC Touch. I was trying to figure out if the MMS issue is just for Windows Mobile devices or would that also include Palm and Blackberry devices as well? Thanks in advance 🙂

Sprint shafts the customer yet another way.

Reconnect Fee Change

Effective immediately, the reconnect fee charged to customers reactivating a cancelled account has increased from $20 to $25. The fee change applies to customers in both the Ensemble and P2K billing systems. Please ensure you are communicating the correct fee to your customers as this fee is automatically applied to the customer's account when reactivating a cancelled account.

Is it a mistake to come to sprint?

I am currently on VZW and have been having some issues with service. At home the coverage is spotty at times, and the text messaging from Outlook is slow to really slow. I have a co-worker on Sprint and for the most part he is happy with his service.

I guess is anyone sorry that they left VZW for Sprint and why?

Thanks

Chris

Hear Ye, Hear Ye

So most of you noobs probably don't know me but those who have been around for a while probably remember me from back when I was posting a lot.

Anyways, the time has come and my store is one of the 125 retail doors closing. To those who would like to put a negative spin on this statement please note I am VERY pleased with the situation as I now have several months to relax and am being compensated VERY well during that time. Being a manager for Sprint over the past few years has been a lot of fun but it's time to cut my losses and get out with a good chunk of change to go with it.

To all the other employees who are staying good luck. Despite what people say or think, Sprint has an EXCELLENT product and their service is top notch...

MWC: ZTE Negotiating with Sprint on WiMax Handsets

Reuters has filed a report stating that ZTE is in 😁 “successful negotiations” 😁 with Sprint to supply the carrier with handsets based on the forthcoming WiMax network.

ZTE Vice President of Marketing Xiong Hui made the statement with the help of a translator during the MWC today and also stated the wireless equipment manufacturers intentions to grow further in the US market while declining to elaborate further on the Sprint-ZTE talks.

ZTE is a new manufacturer in the US market and recently launched the C88 clamshell on regional CDMA carrier Metro PCS.

Start a new thread already!

Try begining a new thread, this is ridiculous and no one wants to waste time trying to remember where we left off.

Sprint Pick 3

Ok I have heard this is not aval on the old billing system. I have also heard this is a rumor and there is no such plan out yet. Does anyone have solid proof of this plan and cost. I also heard there is a free code for unlimited text messaging is this true?

sero question

After selecting the Touch phone, the site only gave me one option for a plan and services... "compatible with Sprint Vision phones only", which includes unlimited web & data.

1. I don't know what a "Vision" phone is, but does it mean it includes a "Sprint Power Vision" pack of some sort? If so, does anyone know which pack?

2. If this package does not include a power vision pack, is there a way to add one? Under services, it does not list any of the packages as available... only voice services, text, protection & international... nothing in the way of sprint power vision tv, music or ultimate pack (and they are available with the Touch as far as I know).

Many thanks.

So, it's Q1, has anyone seen or heard of when the Curve is coming to Sprint? I don't mean to be a nuisance but really need a BB and prefer a camera on my phone so I am right now suffering w/ a freezing bulky 6800...any word?
