I currently have the F&F 1500 with unlimited internet SMS ( through employee referral ). Is sprint still offering the family addon for $9.99 per line to this plan OR would i have to change it altogether ? ANyone know ?

Well I ported over to Sprint last night, got two ic902 for the wife and I. Very professional customer service at the Sprint store, nice welcome call...everything groovy. 😁 😁 😁

So i work for sprint and over the past few months they've had the "quality and retention" bonus that was supposed to be paid out the last check in January. which would be the 25th. and it was a pretty hefty sum of money if ya did your job how your supposed to.
Well anyway they had told us for the past few months that the last check in January we would get the check so i took a vacation last week figuring i wouldn't need the money since i was getting the big bonus check.
Well lo and behold i find out yesterday that they pushed it back till the last check in February. I spoke with the payroll lady, and she said that it was never supposed to be paid in January because one of the stipulations was we have to be employed thru January...

Ok this will be the short version as I dont want to go into detail.. K- Well I worked for a company called open box electronics in sacramento ca and well my boss screwed me! I just had a son and while i was working for this guy..greg nelson he gave me 3 bad payroll checks and failed to give me my final pay. he left town owing a ton of people money my self included. well he owes me 1400 for my last pay check and 2 840 dollar checks and 1 1400 dollar check! I worked from 8:00 in the morning till 9:30 at night and had to use check cashing places to cash my checks. well ive come to find out that the last three bounced! and im stuck owing theses check cashing places money and I dont have the means to pay! hell i busted my but for those pay checks...

there is a picture mail pack for $5. it does state in our system, i searched for it today, and it states it will not charged per kb that you use it. but i will be honest it does charge even though it says it doesnt. there are all kinds of cases in for it and i hope it gets fixed soon.

After 4 years with Sprint, I have found a new job. I can honestly tell you, they better do something fast, or other employees will be leaving in packs.

No longer will I ever have to deal with irate customers or explain bills to people who can barely read at a 3rd grade level.

Commissions are a joke. I talked with a friend who works at another carrier and his commission is almost 4 times that of mine. In the month of December, I finished at over 150% to goal in a little over 3 weeks and my commission was absurd. It leaves employees with little to no incentive to sell anything.

I had to call to see if one of my lines had TEP,

It took, 48 minutes, 2 calls (1st one hungup when she transfered me) and 3 transfers.

They said i had TEP.... but for some reason i feel like i cant trust them.

so in my call center we have teams. and we need to think of a new team name.. any ideas??? we're trying to incorporate the name sprint bc we are a sprint center.

Hi we are considering joining Sprint and want to purchase two Motorola ic902 on a 1400 minute family share plane. I have a few questions please.

1) From their website I'm a little confused by their wording.

"Unlimited Mobile to Mobile Calling charged per line "

Does this mean that mobile to mobile is not included for the 89.99 price? Do I need to pay the extra five dollars a line for unlimited mobile to mobile minutes?

2) I would also like to have some data with some txt on both these phones, I see on their website that I can get unlimited data, with 1000 texts for 10 dollars, do they offer this at a Corp store too. or only online?

to be honest the severence package isnt that bad if your gonna take it. a year with pay and you keep all benefits. if i get offered it i think i will take it...

im on my moms business account. she works for kraft foods so she she gets a discount off our monthly bill. we have six lines and i just added my wife on as a 7th line. im the only one on the account that has the $49.99 sero plan. i ordered my wife the mogul over the phone on 01/05/08. i talked to the regular customer sales because i wanted to her phone on the $30 sero plan on my moms account. she said to me that she couldnt do it but said that i can change the plan to the sero plan when i call to activate the phone. she said that she would write that down as a note on the account that i wanted the sero plan for the mogul. now was she just BSing me or can i really change it to a sero plan when i call to activate this phone? also is it possibl...
