By this is a serious post for those who actually have insight on Sprint stock, all you Verizon trolls and Sprint haters...piss off.

With Sprint's stock plummeting and the company floundering there are many people out there with Sprint stock and those thinking about buying because of how low it is. For those of you who know about stocks what would you recommend. Should those who hold Sprint stock sell while they have anything left to sell, or should they cross their fingers. Logic suggest that the stock is undervalued because Sprint has so many positive assets that no matter what happens Sprint won't disapear. The company has simply been mismanaged. When working for Sprint, a few co-workers told me that Sprint doesn't own its own network switches and that VZ/ATT/Qwest pretty much own them all and Sprint pays to use them. Is this true? I havn't been able to confirm this.

Hello!

On January 2nd I received my new handset and got it activate. I was told that it'd take 24-48 hours for everything to switch over. Well I've tried to add the $7.00 insurance to cover my new handset twice now. I am on my 3rd attempt and Customer Service is having issues and getting an error.
Also on my account online it is still showing my old handset. Which when I mention that to Customer Service they are clueless and tell me it should have switched to my new handset after 24-48 hours.
If anyone has a clue and can help with this I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

A Sprint customer tells the Consumerist she just received a bill for $14,000 for just one month of wireless service. According to the user, she signed up for Sprint's $59 unlimited plan, but struggled with getting the data card to work, resulting in her canceling the service before the thirty day trial period expired. The best guess until Sprint gives a response is that the company was accidentally billing her at three cents a kilobyte instead of properly putting her in the unlimited access category (which with Sprint really is unlimited, unlike Verizon Wireless).

Lets say a customer comes into your store and says that they lost their phone and have insurance. They want to call or have called the insurance company to report the phone lost or stolen and need a phone for a couple of days until they get their replacement. Would you sell them a NEW phone for a couple of days, knowing that they would be returning it in a couple of days?

If so, why?? (does this make sence to Sprint as a corporation?)

If not, why?? (Does this make sence to the customer?)

Now, this is my two cents. I would reject the notion that the customer says that they are purchasing a phone for a couple of days, knowing that they WILL be returning it in a couple of days when their replacement phone arrives. I don't think it'...

I just watched Customer care lose three customers for Sprint.

A customer and her Daughter came in to my store today (I work for an inderect Dealer) to inquire about Upgrading the three lines they had and renewing thier two year contract.

After going over thier option as far as plans went I checked thier Upgrade eligiblity in SNAP. It turns out that two of the lines were eligible in October and the third line wasn't due (according to SNAP) until July of 08. The customers told me this should not be the case.

Upon further conversation with the customer the Daughter informed me she swithed her phone to an older phone a friend had because hers quit working.

Knowing that sometimes an esn swap can affect the upgrade eligiblity I had...

I have a katana DLX and my bluetooth headset is the Plantronics 510: about 80% of the time after I end a phone call while using my headset, the bluetooth connection ends and I have to go back and connect. If I am connected but not on a call then it is fine and nothing will happen. Only after I've ended a call. I'm in my car for most of it and the phone never leaves my lap so it's well within the 30 ft. Is this normal? Do you think it's a phone issue or a bluetooth issue? I've asked a couple friends of mine that work for Sprint and they haven't heard of any issues. Anybody have any suggestions?

that Verizon pays LG to mess up Sprint Phones??? All of the phones Verizon gets from LG rock of at least don't malfuntion constantly. But Sprint get the 225 the 160 and 260 and they all suck balls.

I'm thinking the M500 ($30) because she doesn't text (rumor) and she's not up for paying $80 for the DLX The Muziq might be an option, but I don't think she wants anything that complex...
