i activated a bb8830 for a customer the other day and added sprint nav today. my problem is the phone will not let me activate the nav so the customer can actually use it. however it does let me download the app. when log into the app it asks if i would like to purchase for 9.99 a month with a credit card. does anyone know how to get around having to use a credit card.

I have a customer who opened up a new account with a Moto Q. The phone works great but it won't text message. I have been around with sprint for hours and the phone makes calls and goes on the internet, but will not text message. All the features are correct. Does anybody have any anwsers?

So according to PhoneNews.com Sprint will be hiking there casual text messaging prices to .20 per text effective Oct. 1. Another thing that I think all will like is Nokia is set to add a line of phones in with the WiMAX launch set for 08. Nokia has directly confirmed that Sprint will carry such phones as N95 and N800. These phones will be packed with VOiP services and of course the best DATA in the US. The N800 is all touch screen similar to the iphone in a way and actually has a camera that pops out of the side that can be used as web cam and to take pictures. Another great move by Sprint and I am looking forward to this launch of WiMAX. Anyone interested check out phonenews.com or research this devices via Google.

I have a Sprint Family Plan that is a little over 1 yr old on a 2yr contract.

I would like to swap out 1 phone on the plan for a Novatel Wirless U720 wireless modem for my laptop purchased used from Ebay.

Will I have to begin a new 2 year contract or can I go with the monthly data plan which I believe to be 59.99/month unlimited?

(also, the line being swapped out is basic, no power vision or any added features)

Ok so how in the heck do you use the FM transmitter on the Fusic? I cannot figure out for the life of me. I have put a song on the mini sd card but cant figure out how to use the transmitter. Also, how would you put a edited (shortened) song on the phone to use it as a ringtone. thanks!

I've ran into a ton of problems while trying to activate phones. Long provisioning times for Sprint phones, invalid MSLs, and even Nextel phones taking a hour to kick in. What is soo big that all this is happening. I know they're trying to start with over the air provisioning, is this the issue? How long will this go on?

Does anyone know if the PM325 is still given for insurance claims? If not, which phone replaced it. Thanks!

hey anyone else can't lod onto Myspace on the Mogul?! everytime I go to log on, it takes me right back to the "log on" page. I e-mailed Customer Care about it, but they never replied back. im just wondering if anyone had the same issues, and if so, how was the problem fixed? I tried soft-resets, deleting cookies, files, etc but nothing seems to work! any replies are GREATLY apreciated. thanks!

I'll start out by saying that their pricing is great compared to other carriers. BUT their customer service SUCKS!!!!

If you have to call, make sure you call first thing in the morning or else you will be on hold for 30 - 60 minutes. Then you get someone on the phone and they disconnect you after holding for that long. I upgraded a phone and it took 12 hours of phone time to get the new one ordered and a return auth for the old one. They still haven't taken the old one off my bill and it's been 2 months already. God help you if you have a new ensemble account. There's a whole different department for that one. I won't even call them anymore, I email them and my problems still haven't been resolved.

I was reading what you posted before about the sanyo pro700. What I want to know is if the phone looks nice? I havent decided on buying a phone yet because im waiting for something that operates on both 800/1900 frequencies and has the ability to talk to people on the direct connect feature from nextel. i really cant wait. hope this phone will be a keeper.

BTW: Is it true sprint is rolling out with a new free incoming plan 200 min at $39.99?

I am having several problems with my m1, didn't know if it was just mine. My battery display will say it is dead three hours into the day, and when I remove the battery and put it back in it says its full. I have two batteries and they both do the same thing. Also, when ever I lightly drop this phone, it turns off completely. This is something I haven't seen since my LG 325 (7 phones ago). If it's just mine, I will take the time to get another one, if not, I can live with it. Thanks!
