Hey all. I'm a cheap bast@rd, and I wanna get GPS for free on my phone. I downloaded a few programs to my phone called Google Maps, Mobile GMaps, and Navigami. All these programs say they should be able to use the GPS chip on my phone (Actually, I'm not sure about Google maps), and they all have options for GPS in the applications for the internal GPS chip for my phone, but it doesn't work.

I tried to go to Menu > My Content > Applications > *name of app* > Options > Settings > Location, but it only gives me the option of never allow. With the Street Finder Trial, it lets me allow it, but with these other programs, it doesn't.

Does anyone know how to enable this feature, or another free program that I could use for free GPS? Any help w...

I have a customer looking to buy a repeater and see that we offer one for 359 dollars. I believe the model # is TCER300. I work for sprint care and I'm so excited that they are doing away w/the frequent callers. this was the best thing that ever could of happened! and let me tell you why the calls we take are terrible at times. i will get customers that will call in like 7 times in a row in less than an hr. Its a joke what these people ask for well they don't ask they demand! Let me be frank sprint customes have a tendency not to pay there bills and freak out when we shut them off, ya know what pay your damn phone bill. no one pays my phone bill but me!

I am wondering if anyone can help me with something. I recently upgraded to a treo 650, (I know it is an older phone but I got a great deal on the price, I am having a few problems with it and am wondering if it is the phone or the network.

Problem 1. Sometimes when I am online the whole phone freezes and I cannot do anything. I have to take the battery out and reset the whole phone ( a big pain).

Problem 2. My voicemail box reads that there is 1 voice mail in it. When I call in it says that there are no voice messages in my mailbox. I am curious as to how to totally clear my voicemails out.

Any help would be appreciated.

I noticed I was charged for 2 Text Messages listed as "Additional Text Messages" at .15 a piece.

What are these charges from? Do I still get billed if I email a pic taken with my camera phone?

Has anyone used a screen protector on their PDA touchscreen?? I'm using one now on my treo but the touch isnt that sensitive anymore like its used too, is it the screen protector? do any of you recommend it? or stay away from it?

True...I'll agree with Yean how he said we should all do our best to serve the customer, whether Direct or Indirect. Everyday in our sales department, we fix probs all the time from customer care. Its not our job, our ACM says "If its not a sales issue, transfer 'em to care" but my sup and our team aint got that mentality. Normally we walk a few bays and speak with Customer Care, because they're on our same floor. I know we arent supposed to cux The Don says not to, but i understand its not their fault...It sucks to know were fixing issues all the time is our sales department that should have been easily fixed in Customer Care. I have been reading threads each defending there side. I got to thinking about it, has anyone looked at the ratio of corporate stores to 3rd party stores? It is almost a 10 to 1 ratio. That’s 10 third party stores to every corporate store. I work in a call center that handles national sales support. Yes I do see more mistakes from 3rd party reps but that is because there are just a lot more 3rd party stores. If you compare the errors to the number of stores it really balances itself out. I hope this bring a better understanding to this ongoing problem. If not this is going to be a big thread

Is this a decent phone? I found it for a pretty low price online and was wondering if it's even worth it. Or, any suggestions, not ready to renew contract so I just need an inexpensive phone for now. I hate the LG PM325 I currently have.

i just signed up for a sprint sero account through telesales yesterday. I got the htc mogul based on yalls reccomendations. the reason i called through telesales was because i wanted to have unl text and didnt want to have to call back.

the only problem i encountered is that the charged me 399.99 for the mogul(sero site said 288 and change) and promised a bill credit within 1-3 months and based onthe rap that customer saervice gets in here im worried about never seeing that money again. is there any way to put it on the account sooner because im afraid its going to get lost and im never going to get it.

Has Any one NOticed that the MIC PIECE is located in the middle of the number Pad on the phone. For those of you who have been having problems with people not able to hear. DONT put your face against the keypad cause you are blocking the MIC. ITs strange because they have alot of room at the botton of the phone where they could just have put it right there. Its different of course just a little getting used too. its a little whole right below the 5(for those of you that havn't found it)
