i have one more question, i know sprint does the pic and text message very diffrenent from the other companys

i wanted to know = i know the sero is unlimiited text and picture-but do you still have to add on the vision so you wont get charged for the data when you send or recieve the pic, if so how muhc is that again.

and also does sero have free roaming????\

I have not seen too much on phone scoop about the Vogue. From what I have read it look like a pretty good device. Is there any chance Sprint might pick it up? Sprint just released the Mogul and it seems like the Vogue might take away from the Mogul's market.

can you use the treo 700 to tether to a laptop for Internet access? if so, how much per month? and is the feature like verizon where you can add and remove it whenever you please without signing a new two year agreement?

I bought a Katana last year for my girlfriend for Christmas. I bought the phone at retail price so it shouldnt of effected the upgrade. I call customer care and asked to do the esn swap and made sure with the lady that it wouldnt effect the upgrade and she said it wouldnt. Well last week I bought the Lg Muziq and my girlfriend really liked the phone. So she wanted to go ahead and do an upgrade so she could get the phone at a discounted price. She called up care to make sure she was elligible but of course when we did the esn swap for the Katana reseted the upgrade. I've been reading alot about 3rd party call centers, are they more restricted to what they can do vs. corporate call centers as far as account modifications and credits?

I work for a 3rd party retail, even though I'm exclusively Sprint/Nextel I still can't do as much as a corperate retail, I'm not even backed on their billing platform to view the amount due for a customer!

Does anyone know about this? I just tried to access e-mail through messaging on THREE DIFFERENT katana DLX's, and it completely freezes the phone and I have to remove the battery to reboot. Does anyone know how to fix this. I tried calling Sanyo twice, and got no help! ☹️
