I tried to Google this question but could not get an answer, and maybe it's because there is no answer yet.

I know Sprint is charging a premium ($10?) for 4G access. Can we assume that AT&T will do the same next year when they roll out 4G?

I might need to upgrade my daughter's phone here pretty soon, and if 4G is going to be the same price I'll wait until the new phones come out, but if there is going to be a bump, she will be staying with 3G.

1. We know you were sick and tired of waiting for a REAL Android phone on at&t and got the Droid on Verizon. You don't need to mention it in every post.

2. We know that you hate the backflip. Its old news.

3. We know that you HATE the new data plans on at&t and that you use more than 2gb a month. You have verizon. Please stop bringing it up.

Anybody have any news on this? AT&T had stated that they would have 5 by first half of 2010 and so far all they have released is the Moto Backflip. I know that the Dell Aero is another, but that won't be until late June/July which leaves HTC...

This is my take on the new data plans that at&t is offering. Coming from someone who has been working in the indusrty for almost a decade, and what I would consider a heavy data user.

Its been proven that 98% of at&t smartphone users use less then 2GB of data a month. 63% of that use less then 200mb. I am trying to put these facts to the test, I reset my data tracker on my iphone three weeks ago, I have been streaming pandora for atleast 2 hours a day, I am always updating my facebook status atleast three times a day, plus uploading mobile photos. I watched about 1 hour og youtube clips. Downloaded 15 songs, 4 apps. I have sent 10.6mb, and recieved 165mb.

Since I have been paying closer attention to my data usage I am utilizing my home...

I am 🤤 over the new Iphone. Currently have a non-smart phone (Samsung mythic) love it for the $15 unlimited data and full HTML web browsing....but really like the new Iphone...had the 2nd Iphone (first 3G version) and got rid of it b/c it had water damage...but guess what...I see no point going to this phone or any smart phone on at&t with the new data plans....THEY SUCK! If enough people protest this, perhaps it would make a point?

😲 After all the post I've made about At&t and their shady business practices, it seems to be spreading to their customer service! Recently, the CEO of At&t was caught getting a lil "spicy" with a customer a week ago, which is NO surprise to me at all! I've known a long time ago that At&t were nothing more than a bunch of CROOKS hiding behind the At&t brand name! It seems that At&t service is no better than the customer service of Cricket wireless, they just have the At&t logo that people seem to believe in, that gets them over! At&t puts agents on the phone with little to no information. The phone lists given to employees aren't up to date, so customers get transferred to disconnected / phone sex numbers. Oh, and don't think of buying...

I recently bought the Pantech Breeze for my folks and one thing that is irritating me is when their address book shows up and there is more than 1 entry for someone and you want to dial it there is no way to tell what your dialing like in the older version...Can someone explain how to get this to work?

The CEO threatens a customer because they complained about pricing!

I need to figure out if I can print my text messages out from my phone... or if I can forward them to an e-mail. I have tried to forward them to an e-mail, but it gives me an error message... although I can do it with other phones. Please help me out with this one and thanks.

I am a very accomplished sales rep and sales manager from another one of the top four, but thinking about jumping ship. Can someone tell me what targeted sales compensation is for a sales rep and an assistant manager at at&t, and a little about the comp plan, and what it is possible to make if you blow targets out of the water?
