I am looking for a Blackberry 7100g. I know that they are available from Cingular for a Business customer but I an not a business customer. Does anyone have any knowledge when the 7100g will be available to me from Cingular. Secondly is there anywhere I can buy a 7100g. Forget suggesting eBay as I don't want to go there.

I am asking that all cingular orange customers who have issues, please do not call Blue customer care.The reason that i'm asking is i have a minimum of 30 customers this week who call blue care because cingular orange care is closed.

I had no less then 10 escalations over this Issue.Its both a combination of legacy customers and original orange customers.I know that this does not apply to eveyone, but i have been hearing of the same issue with other reps in my center.There are some blue centers that take after hours emergency calls but you get them by still calling cingular's customer care number.

I have customers calling in and wanting help, and after you explain to them you can't but you offer transfer back into the cingular care lin...

Just wanted to see how many new CSE rep's actually post here?

Well, our Blue warranty service center is making the switch to orange this week, and I was wondering what can be expected. My particular team is staying blue for now, but I'm still curious, as eventually, my team will be doing this as well.
I hear that on the orange side, troubleshooting the devices has not been highly stressed, although rumor has it that starting with our soon to be formerly blue warranty reps, troubleshooting (as we are used to) is going to become common.
That part of things doesn't concern me, as I'm used to troubleshooting (it's practically a way of life here), but I am curious about the systems and the options. I have heard that cingular orange has a lot of shipping options that we don't have on the blue side. For o...

Just a little FYI for everyone, the first batch of allpromoto phones have been shipped as of Wednesday. CS still does not have tracking numbers, so it should be anytime now.

I know many bluetooth phones are equipped with USB ports now I don't really know how this works but is it possible to connect my ipod to the phone with bluetooth through USB and then play it through my car's speakers? Just a thought.

Cingular's original spokespeople were really the Cingular Triplets. They appeared in the majority of Cingular's "old school" commercials of the white room with people praising their Cingular service. They recently re-surfaced in one of the new Cingular commercials, celebrating their birthday and keeping in touch with each other through a family plan.

So Cingular doesn't have a spokesperson. They have 3.

I got a call the other day from a Customer who just wnt to a store and he was trying to get a new sim card. the agent at the store told him that he would have to get another phone because his Nokia 6010 was made in hawaii and that he lives in San Diego a San Diego SIM card would not be compatible. Any one heard of this?

Ok so I get this call. From an indirect dealer. She is trying to do an upgrade on someones account. The account is completely blanked out. We cant change or add anything to the account giving us two error messages. Me the rep, my supe tech and the help desk have no idea what is going on
