i have a tmobile even more plus 4 line family plan and the kids free deal that they had a few months ago. if i sign a contract what will happen with my unlimited data when at&t and tmoble merge? can they change my plan but still force me to pay it if im under contract? or will it go void because the company switched? or what ? ty i want it for my kid cause he needs a new phone and i never signed one when we started so he cant get a upgrade and this would be alot easier then having him pay and extra 300 dollars or so for a used mabey not working mabey dirty esn phone on craigslist

I've really been drawing the short straws with ATT lately. They've got to have the worst in building coverage.

I was just curious to know if anybody had an additional discount offer that was removed without notification. For example, I had a line that was eligible for an upgrade with an additional $50 discount and a waived upgrade fee. The reason I ask, is because I was waiting to use my additional discount on the Galaxy S 2, but it was removed without notice. At&t is usually good at either notifying you that they are about to remove something, or grandfathering it. I am well aware that they are no longer giving the additional discounts, but again, I think it's strange that they wouldn't notify me, or allow me to keep the discount until I upgrade. Thanks.

So something I would like to hear some feed back on, their are alot of die hard apple/ iphone fans and alot of new android fans. I personally like android for the fact that you have the ability to create widgets and manage most apps from the home screen instead of having to open each one up. The other think i really like about android is that, were it come to syncing media you do not have to jump through apple/itunes hoops to add music esc.. On android bring up the sd card drive or phone memory and drag and drop, just has to be a compadible format. The iphone has a very nice screen better than any other when it comes to the screen and logo, and in my opinion not much else, also has alot of service/ signal issues. Which do you prefer? and if ...

So it's official Verizon and Sprint will be getting the new Blackberry Bold 9930. T-Mobile said they'll get the 9900.
And ATT...anything? Oh, that's right the Torch 2. That's great for those who like sliders, smaller keyboard.
ATT's choice of phones and release dates never cease to amaze me.

I really don't understand people at times! Three times today I've had people come into this Cingular store to ask where other places are. This store is located in an odd spot separated from a shopping center and is a pain to get to and to park at. One person came in to ask where a Verizon store was nearby. The next person wanted to know where a post office is. Just now a man came in to ask where a car wash is nearby. WHY would someone come to this out of the way store to ask where something else is?! I don't even live in this area, so I don't have a clue where these places are at all. How come people can fuss that there is such a wait time when so many of their peers are goofy enough to come into this store just to ask about something...

i just dumped "big pink" due to their "#1 customer service" and just took possion of 2 cool phones (bb9800 & sam flight) i noticed right away att data is considerably faster on my blackberry verses my old tmo 9780 not a bad phone but the torch RULES by far so...
is at&t good in fort worth texas? i see a compatable to better signal and always 3g
(tmo flipped to EDGE often around my house)
is the 9800 4g ready? if not then it is fine because it runs like a deer on the internet
