3G

Sorry if this has already been posted. Im currently a Cingular customer looking to switch to T-mobile but the reason why I havent switched is because T-moible is not currently supporting any 3G services. Can anyone confirm when T-mobile is rolling out 3G? I want to switch really bad. Thanks! ๐Ÿ™‚

KRZR for TMo?

I am looking for a new TMo phone. Along the lines of a V360 (now discontinued) or a SLVR L7 in capabilities. Motorola only, please

Anyone know if (and when) the KRZR might come to TMo? Something similar to replace the V360?

Thanks for your help and knowledge.

Hypothetically speaking. . . .

Let's say there's this guy, let's call him. . . Jephie, who works for [wireless company X], in the Seattle area, and is growing increasingly dissatisfied with his employer and would like to leave them, but seeing as he has a wife & kid to take care of, and is planning on buying a home soon (and lenders like to see consistent employment, either with the same company or companies in the same industry), he's wary of simply quitting. He's heard that TMobile has a headquarters of some kind in nearby Bellevue, and call centers in close proximity as well. . . so, hypothetically, if Jephie was searching for a TMobile site that outlines what job openings are currently available, where would he look?

Looking to leave T-Mobile...Need Input about the Competitor Carriers

After staying for 4 long years with T-Mobile, I am finally willing to move to another carrier. As for the reasons why, please see my posting on this forum with the Subject Title, "Issues with T-Mobile PDA Support Group. Especially with the Blackberry 7105T!!!".

Now I know that most of you here will come back to me saying that, "it's a matter of what works for me best, go with them." Granted! So I've gone ahead and listed out some criterion that I am looking to measure against in my choice for next cell carrier. It just may turn that I may have to go back around the block once more because I've been with practically all the major carriers out there except VZW but I really do not intend to go there because they are very expensive in a ...

When will T-Mobile learn?

...that gazillion minutes is not really helping them on competing with the big boys. 650,000 net adds for Q2 is a ridiculous number for a company that gives so many more minutes than the rest.

Unlocked SLVR with T-Mobile?

I am interested in buying an unlocked Moto SLVR L7 for use with T-Mobile. Will I be able to use it properly? Will T-Mobile help with the setup of an unlocked phone?

Thanks for your help and suggestions.

(The story): I have been with T-Mobile (or predecessors) for about 9 years. I bought an upgrade last week to a Moto V360, and extended for 2 more years. This V360 is junk and after multiple tries at troubleshooting, I have been advised to return the phone for exchange-except T-Mobile doesn't have any V360s because they have discontinued the phone.

Please don't advise me to try for a replacement via customer care, they have screwed me over all week about sending me a replacement V360, and never shipped it. So this non-working ...

Phone Upgrade

I am going to be upgrading my phone soon and I am not sure which on to get. A RAZR V3, a PEBL, a T809, a SDA, a Nokia 6103, T509, T609, or a 7105t. I am looking for loud ring tones, good reception, and good bluetooth security.

I know it is a long list, but those are the ones that I was looking at. Thank you for your help.

T-Mobile Customer Service Shout Out

๐Ÿ™‚ I would personally like to Shout Out to P. Morgan Wright at the Glen Allen Va store and Robert Lindstrom, they are the best cellular customer services reps I ever met. Both were helpful, courteous, and quick with answers to any issues and concerns I had while setting up my service.

T-Mobile Service

I have been with Cingular for 4yrs now and I am very disappointed with their C/S and service lately. My contract ended in April and I was thinking of switching to T-Mobile. Can anyone give me insight on their experiences with T-Mobile and also very interested in the Moto Pebl. ๐Ÿ˜›

Blind Loyalty...Is Any Carrier Worth The Arguing.

Now I work for Cingular as a independent rep and enjoy reading how other reps feel about new company policies and phones and so forth. Yet everytime I visit these forums I always see someone doing the usually Cingular Sucks or Verizon Is Terrible or TMobile is Crap posts and I really wonder is this my service is better than ur service really worth the time it consumes. I know there are a few customers who check out these forums before going into a store because they think its honest, fair comments but its really not. This loyalty to a carrier bs is getting old because no one is really loyal when they always check if another carrier has a better deal for them.

If your a customer and you read this please dont fall into some of these posts b...

Why I hate this forum?

I've been surfing this forum for more than a year now and I think I am about to stop here very soon. Namely, no matter what the question is, someone always manager to say V this C that S is better N is greater.
What the hell?! Some of you peeons can't get it straight in your head that this forum is created to discuss things specifically related to the forum theme? It is absolutely ridiculous that every thread as someone posting a negative comment about one carrier or another. Those of you who do, you know what that means right? trying to compensate. Yep in psycology that's what you are doing. Compensating for things you see lacking in your own realm. It could be physical or it could be mental. It could be that you have realized certain trut...
