This is kind of funny in my case. 🤣
I just convinced a co-worker who's with TMO to get the myTouch because TMO just recently fired up 3G in our neck of the woods and I wanted to see if it'd work at work. So I told him about the myTouch, he wanted something like the Behold. 😕
So I should get to play around with a new myTouch Sunday at work, if I like it and it get's 3G reception I might pick one up and the $100 off just sweetens the deal.
Don't know if I should tell my co-worker about the coupon... 😛

Anybody willing to shell out the whopping $650 for this pocket sized laptop? I swear if this thing had 850/1900 3G,...like it !!SHOULD!! I'd probably wait for the price to dip below $600 and get it. This sure is one heck of an impressive device.

Ok, so some clown down the hall from us in another T-Mobile indirect kiosk, is telling people that the MyTouch is not the G2, that the "G2" will actually be released later this year. I know this because they come to our stand and tell us about it.

This guy says it has all kinds of crazy crap like Blu-Ray compatibility and stuff like that.

I did a search for "T-Mobile G3" and I found a few tidbits of info that coincide with what this guy might be saying. Supposedly, it would be made by Huawei, who I have heard of, but I think Hell might freeze over before T-mobile would carry a phone by that manufacturer, since they haven't before, and they only really carry Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola (LOL), HTC, you know.. all the standard things...

😡 I'm really sick & tired of people always playing the victim role! First of all we need to realize that we have options! We also need to realize that BBB is for SERIOUS issues not because you have a 5th grade education & you're trying to use a complex phone (ie: G1). Yes, I work for a major Cell Phone provider. can you purchase the 8900 from t-mobile without getting the data plan? I tried and the sales rep told me they arent allowed to sell it without the data plan. is this true and if so, is there a way around it? i want the phone but i do not need the data plan. Any info is appreciated. thanks

According to the specs of the phone, it does offer WCDMA 1700/2100, so does this mean that I can finally get an N-series that will be 3g on Tmo?

When is T mobile going to build out their 3G network in Oklahoma I live in Enid and I must say their EDGE coverage sucks here everyone else here has rolled out their 3G network which we have about five carriers. I am very disappointed with T mobile for the lack of advancement here. I've noticed they have been building out their voice coverage in western Oklahoma but they are still running GPRS over much their network unless you go to a big city. ☹️

My wife really wants one but I was told tmobile doesnt let you use the 3g speeds. Is this true? Also how about mms, has this been fixed yet? And last question I live in Phoenix, how is tmobile's service here, we currently have alltel and service was great, we are not looking forward to becoming verizon people.

My friend said she got a phone through T-Mobile for 39.99 national unlimted minutes- data and text are extra. Does this plan really exist???? how can i get it??

i hate tmobile customer service. i am a att csm. compared to the service i provide w/att, and the service tmobile provides to me. tmobile sucks. 👿

everytime i call from my phone i wait 30+mins to speak w/rep. from my husband phone. 2mins. no exaggeration. it always says your call will b answered in the order it was received, but i can be on the phone for 20 mins and he will call while im waiting and get right thru. its stupid.

tmobile charges an upgrade fee of $18 for buying a phone at full price. That doesnt make any sense. i didnt upgrade. didnt extend my contract. BOUGHT IT AT FULL PRICE. it wasnt an upgrade. wtfs up wit that? makes no sense.

they waived my upgrade fees finally. i tt a really nice rep. she was giddy giddy to help and looked into things that i didnt even think of. and credited me the $36 i paid for paying full price for my two phones! yay!!!!
