Sanyo Pro??

I was looking at doing a PBX (phone book transfer) and there was a Sanyo Pro 700 listed in there. Is this a phone that Sprint already had or a new one coming up?

Using Sprint Mobile Broadband with T-Mobile Hot Spot @ Home

I am trying to configure a way for my Sprint Mobile broadband to work with T-Mobile Hot Spot @ Home. I have a mobile router, that works very well with the Sprint broadband, but can't seem to configure the T-Mobile router to work with the mobile broadband.

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Any good Ensemble #'s for...

american centers only? not discriminating but I feel the call goes smoother and there are less errors and less time spent on the phone when the CS rep speaks better english. Im bilingual so even spanish would be easier.

Worst Hidden Fee Ever

So I'm looking at my bill under additional Sprint charges and I notice a '$2.83 Federal-Univ Serv Assess Non-LD' charge and a '$2.60 Colorado State-Univ Serv Assessment' charge. So that is about $70 a year for something no one can tell what it is for. I am a student at Colorado State but I have no idea why I would be charged this. The campus is in the center of the city. I called customer service and the guy in India had no idea what it was and tried to refer me to the IRS. 🤣 I explained to him what the IRS was and that the sprint bill was pretty specific about it NOT being a govt. charge. So, I called my local store. The told me it was the first they had heard of it. Is Sprint really gouging students? Does anyone know what this is?

Remote Access to Sprint Corporate E Mail Server

Does anyone have the URL for remotely accessing the Sprint corporate e mail server? I'm on the new Microsoft Exchange 7 server so the http://webmail.sprint.com no longer works for me. I had the new one bookmarked on my home PC, but forgot to backup my favorites folder prior to reformatting my hard drive to reinstall Microsoft XP Professional Service Pack 2. TIA!

EVDO roaming PRL??

Hello Sprint users.
I am trying to get an Alltel UTstarcom6800 to roam off Sprint's EVDO. We have the 40023 prl loaded. It roamed off Sprint's EVDO before for about a month no problem. Recently it no longer grab Sprint's EVDO just 1x.
Did Sprint change it's smartphone EVDO prl? Or is there another PRL I can use?
Thanks for the help guys!

Just ported from Verizon, a little help please

Hi, I have been wanting an htc touch for a while now and jealous of the Sprint Sero plan. My wife ported my number from Verizon and got me a touch for christmas but she made a mistake and did not get the sero plan as we had talked about. Will I have to return my new touch and cancel the line and then restart a new contract online with Sero or will Sprint customer service be able to do the change for me? Thank you in advance for your help and for all the information I was able to learn from in your forum. 🙂

'Get Out of Sprint Free' Card?

Sprint has mailed postcards to its customers saying that, beginning January 1st, it will stop charging so-called "recovery" fees and create new fees to replace (or possibly exceed) them. Sprint customers are now asking themselves whether or not this is a change to the Terms & Conditions—if so, then they should be able to cancel their contracts without paying an ETF, or early termination fee.

READ before you sign with Sprint

Sprint's reps are trained in the art of deception and trickery. I was just approved for 1 more line bringing me to a total of 4 lines with NO monthly fee of 9.99 per line. I also told them I wanted a free phone that was not free and they said yes. On top of my company discount I receive a 15% loyalty discount. My dad has 5 lines and is charged for 3 of them. I told him to ask if they could give him a free line or two and they told him no we are not giving you anything nor discounting your service any further. They told him to cancel his account if he wants to. Sprint picks and chooses who they want to benefit and who they don't, they are NOT consistant with their policies at all. Beware!

Sanyo M1 Bluetooth

I own a Plantronics 645 headset which I have LOVED until I paired it with my M1. (I know its old but I just bought it on EBAY and I love the phone. 😁 ) I have tried almost ten headsets with the M1 and the only one that works well is a Samsung WEP500. This one works quite well, but every other headset I used had horible cutting-out issues. Has anyone else heard of this? I find it hard to beleive that only one headset works with this awesome device. Thanks for your input and Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays, whichever does not offend 😛

what's the best camera phone for Sprint?

Hey guys, I'm looking for the best cameraphone for sprint, preferrably a flip phone or slider phone. What's the best or clearest picture capability on a phone? I think it may be the rumor....any help would be appreciated.

Sprint Airave update

Is there any info besides "in 2008" for the release of the Airave to the remaining Sprint markets?

Also, my parents are in Indianapolis. If they were to purchase an Airave for me, would it work for me in Seattle? Just curious if it would be disabled for me. The signal in our apartment is REALLY bad.

Roaming Charges

Let me start by saying that I am happy with my Sprint service except for one thing, the roaming charges. I have the Sprint Power Pack with 450 mins. There plan says it includes America Roaming. Yet the past two months I have been charged roaming minutes at 69 cents a minute. I live in the Mtns of NC. and there is no Sprint tower close by so I am roaming about 75% of my calls. I didn't think this was going to be a problem since roaming was supposed to be included. Has anybody else had this problem?
