Some Mogul Assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hello, I'm new so be easy all 🙂
I have the Mogul, and am not pleased with it despite the good reviews it got. Are there any tweaks I can do for it, i.e. text msg (I hate the msg I get to let me know I sent one), picture mail, etc.
I have had two bad moguls thus far, both requiring swap out from Sprint and am still having to do soft resets up to 5 times/day due to freezing; I am getting ready to post on EBAY lol. I do need to have a realiable phone for work and so far, this does not seem to be it (however, Internet speed and ease of surfng is great!). Any recommendations for a new phone? I will end up buying at full price. I used to be a longtime carrier of Sanyo phones...I still luv my 8400, that thing is a tank!

PictureMail is a joke

So I'm pretty disgusted with Sprint's picture mail. Huge waste of time IMO. Is there any other way to send pictures? i.e. mms

Spending Limit

Just a quick question...

I have a 125.00 spending limit with sprint. If I pay my bill on time, every month, will that go away in a year? Or?

Thanks!

Any strategies on gettin a Mogul `a la retention?

Ok heres the basic facts of the situation-
I am on a sprint family plan
Its my Uncle's account (same account for 7yrs)
There are 9 lines on the account
the bill averages 430-450 a month after tax
I am unsure of my LTV/ or $ (dollar signs)
My line is a secondary line which currently has unlimited text pak, no power vision pak because my current phone blows,
My contract is up in a year

Any thoughts or Suggestions? I hate to do this but i have a crappy Sanyo 8400 which is on its way out after less than a year. What would you guys do?

For everyone who wants to buy a smartphone..

If you ask me "Oh, just go to sprint.com?"when I tell you to "research online to find all kinds of great programs for this phone", then you dont need to be buying this phone.

Seriously, is it hard to go to google and type "Sprint touch keyboard programs", or "Blackberry 8830 ringtones" or "Sprint Mogul Picture Mail"

Youre buying a very advanced device, if you lack the knowledge or motivation to use said device, maybe you should buy a basic flip phone then come back next week and have me teach you how to use the camera.. at which point I will point to the button that has a CAMERA PRINTED ON THE DAMNED THING!!!

AT&T Blackberry Curve or Sprint Blackberry 8830????

Hi everyone. I'm currently a Verizon customer but hate their current phones and how expensive their packages are. I'm thinking of switching to either AT&T or Sprint....with either the Blackberry Curve or the Blackberry 8830. Any thoughts or feedback would be GREATLY appreciated. I do like the curve a little better, but Sprint is cheaper with their plans. I currently have the Treo 700w and cannot wait to get rid of it!!!
Thanks in advance!

Palm Treo 800p or 800wx???

Anyone heard of the new Treo 800p.. or Treo 800WX?? Is this phone for real? and is it true that Sprint might be releasing it right after the holidays season!

This is not the new Centro or Gundiff. It is suppose to be top-notch Palm phone that will compete with many high end phones with other carriers: EV-DO capability, 128MB RAM, WiFi “option”, SD expansion, Bluetooth 2.0, enhanced 320 x 320 display, 3.2 megapixel camera, external antenna, and is both slimmer & slightly smaller than the current 650 yet still supports the same ol’ accessories!!

I've googled it many times but I'm yet to hear any solid confirmation!!

I got a return kit for my mogul but there is no address on the shipping label that sprint provided for UPS, only an account #. Does anyone know the address where to this back? UPS says they wont ship it without an address. thanks

MOTO Q9 or LG MUSIQ?

Bestbuy offers both for free, which would you choose. I will only be using it as a phone with simple text but being there both free it makes it a hard choice.

T-Mobile vs. Sprint???

I am thinking of leaving Sprint for T-Mobile. I am at my wits end with Sprint's customer service. I will soon be living in the LA area. I was just hoping I could get an idea of T-Mobile as a company and their service. I know the customer service ranks high. Right now with Sprint I have a nationwide plan that I have had for years 750 mins for $38 + tax. I would essentially be going to T-Mobile and spending more for a plan, since I can't bear my Sprint price anywhere for nationwide. Please convince me to leave for T-Mobile or stay with Sprint. Thanks in advance.

Can Anyone Help Me Figure Out a Way To Pull One Over On Sprint?

I really need to know, because I've heard that if you're in the business of shady capers, Sprint is the company to do it to.

I basically want to get out of my contract without ETF's, then I want to re-subscribe, and get two new phones for free, both with SERO plans, of course.

I've been a customer since 2003, and by golly, I deserve it!

Hesse named new CEO

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20071218/ap_on_bi_ge/spri ... »

Thoughts? I don't know much about Embarq, but wasn't AT&T Wireless's heyday the time when Hesse served as CEO?

Taxes/Surcharges/Fee's Change - What does this mean for your contract?

ygbhen said:
Is this considered a change of TOS and now they have to let people out of their contracts without penalty? If it is, they just keep shooting themselves in the foot. Let the bleeding continue!

Only if the new fee's cause your monthly bill to be HIGHER than it is due to the taxes/fee's/surcharges change, will you be allowed to void out of your contract...

With 95% of most customers seeing a small bill decrease, and taxes/surcharges/fee's section being simplified, I would say that this isn't that bad of a move by Sprint...

People are so hyped up to bash Sprint, they never really look at the major things which in this instance are:

* Bill will probably be lower
* More simplified taxes/...
