My neice just got a recon fusic as a replacement, it wont let her log onto the music store, keeps asking for a passcode. We've tried all possibilities, including the last 4 of my SSN (shes my advantage line) and the last 4 of the phone num. Im thinking the application is getting screwed up and wants info from the prior owner.

Will Sprint see a version of the RIZR? Will it use the new OS like the RAZR 2 or will it be strapped with the slow, even more lagging, older OS?

so sprint 1q added 400,000 customers.... 2q lost 337,000 customers... at the end of the 1q it was announced to expect this due to customers accounts being canceled for non payment... i sort of view this as shedding dead weight. It's unfortuante all this is happening and it's easy as an anaylst who's not a part of the day to day dealings to throw stones.

But let's look at what's going on...

new phones being released

getting rid of bad customers

upgrading (4g or xohm whatever you want to call it) and expanding the network (no provider never adds towers, sprint added over 1,000 this year alone.)

I have the mogul, and I seem to be in the limited number of people that hate it..... I do think it is a great phone, great features, but little quirks I cannot stand (Such as another post data and phone are seperate signals)....No caller tunes, but that I can definitly live without.

I would like to find something NICE from sprint, I only have about 2 more days to exchange, and want to get something good, but when the BB pearl comes out, Ill probably get that.....

I think I am most likley going to either get one of 2 phones, the Motorola Q or the the 700wx... Im kinda leaning towards the Q because then ill just spend the money I get back from the Mogul on the BB pearl....I know ...

Hey just a quick question..our are was just bought out by sprint a little while ago and i understand most of the advantage club stuff.. the only question i have is i heard something about sprint employees being to demo out phones for a period of time..now ive looked into this a little myself and havent got a solid answer.. if anybody has information on whether its possible and the process one would have to go through to do it

I mean, c'mon! Where's all the free stuff? I thought Sprint was the Santa Claus carrier. I put in my request a month ago, and still nothing. Yep, that's it! I'm finished! Going with Verizon, because I know everything there will be soooo much better. I believe even the recorded messages you hear when you call CS will sound better. Yeah, I can't wait to port over so I will have someone new to call 20 times a month.

And btw, Sprint NEVER gets any cool phones! Their bling bling factor is way below the standard.

I have an indirect dealer account, and there have recently been some changes to the plan. For example I used to get a $50 premium services credit a month, now it has been reduced to $20. However, as part of the new plan I am supposed to receive TV Premier, and Radio premeier included in the plan. When I call customer care, nobody has any idea what I am talking about, and they have no idea how to update my account to include these features. Can anyone help?

I have the MOGUL and am looking into purchasing one of these TV applications. Does anyone have an opinion on these two? I can't really tell the difference from the descriptions.

I've been with Sprint for over a month and signed up for a sero plan.
I have the 500 minute plan for $30.00
However I was wondering if it was possible to change my plan to the 1250 minute plan for $49.99 and how do I do go about it?
