Sprint is like the Verizon Wireless/AT&T reject company. If you don't get approved for a phone, just take your lowsy credit to Sprint and they will give you a phone. Ever wonder why Sprint's customer service is soooo bad? Because it doesn't have to be good. No one else would give you a phone but Sprint will. So for that you have to deal with crappy customer service.

found out today that it is $15 for single line and $30 for a family (4 lines i think) and it is in select cities. anyone know when they will roll it out nationwide? we have alot of customers with indoor coverage problems. thanks in advance for any info.

I was thinking about getting the LG Musiq as the alternative. Is there an extended battery for this phone? I prefer the Sanyo DLX as a 2nd choice BUT it doesn't come in black. I love pink but the color pink they used for the Sanyo is ugly. I wish they would have gone brighter like the Samsung M510...and does this phone have an extended battery? I do a lot of texting n checking email and that does use a lot of power. I called SERO customer service last night and the rep told me that the LG 260 probably won't be available for purchase until maybe mid to late November. I asked if that phone has an extended battery and he said that should come with one???

Got a customer, trying to run a credit check through SNAP. Comes up as already having an account (he apparently tried a credit check here before some months back), but can't remember the password.

Called customer service, tried to change the password, but it can't be saved because there's not an account number on the account. I was told to give it an account number...which is something I can't do on the store level as far as I know. The rep said she couldn't do it either, so transferred me to account services.

After the wait, account services told me I'd need to be transferred to Ensemble...so I'm on hold again.

I work in a advanced exchange service center / retail for Sprint Nextel exclusive and I saw this phone come in for repair. I totally forgot about these, Sprint was the truth back in the day, not saying that they aren't now. By the way PM me and I'll tell you the list of phones that if you do advance exchage (repair/replacement with repair insurance) you'll get something else back. (it's mainly going to be LG and Samsung phones)
