I'd have to say that my greatest disappointment is the variety of phones offered by Sprint. I'm surprised they're not trying to stay competitive with Verizon by offering the latest and greatest. I've noticed that it takes a long time for Sprint to come together and offer something comparable. I love my reception and my plans but I'm considering leaving for Verizon if Sprint doesn't get their act together.
Are there any plans on offering the LG ENV or Voyager? There are currently no phones with the QWERTY keyboard with Sprint right now. I hope they'll come out with something good for the holiday season.

Does anyone have any idea how much the Centro is going to cost at retail? Thanks for any help in advance!

ok i have sprint to home... $5 and landline is a mobile number that you talk to for free... we all know some variation of this but even though i work for sprint the reps i've spoken to have no clue what i'm talking about i would like to change the numbers but i'm not speaking to right person it seems... can someone assist please?

Any former Nextel users that upgraded to Sprint phone having trouble accessing their account online? Sprintel have been giving the the freggin run around for the last 2 months and I have paperless billing and I cant view my bills online and they cant send me one either. They told me to go to the store to get a reprint and they cant help me either they are getting error messages. I have a friend that has Sprint (the original) and doesnt have any issue. I called customer care and talked to soooo many different ppl and they dont know what is wrong. I am getting sick of this crap, okokok Phew!!

She is always wrong, and I'm told I can't correct her. How much sense does that make? Also, she is loud as hell, and and laughs like my pet Hyena. How the hell did she get to Advanced Tech Support?

OK - Here is the deal...

A lady I work with has started to receive many personal dating text messages. Since I am phone savy she asked me what they were. They were simple text messages from many different numbers. I replied to one message "how did you get my number". The response was "from feud". I then traced the numbers back and all came from Sprint Spectrum numbers.

I can't find anything on the web about feud relating to Sprint. Could this be a cell phone application that Sprint users can download? I'm not sure as my carrier is not Sprint. Are there any Sprint users out there that could shed some light?

I actually called customer service because my voicemail wasn't able to be set up... I have to say, from 2 years ago, until now, the are a lot nicer...

maybe i just got 2 nice people out of the crowd...but made me happy :-)

I work at a Sprint indirect and just (on the 3rd of this month) got put on the discount plan available to us. Good plan. 🙂

Now, the problem: Before I got put on the plan, I could download ringtones, games, screensavers, etc. Now, I can only download songs from the Sprint Music Store.

I have web access with no problem, On Demand works fine, it's just downloading those extras.

If I try to download from my phone, I get an error message telling me 'purchase cannot be completed' and gives a number to call. If I try to initiate the purchase from Sprint.com, I get a message telling me that the purchase failed because my spending limit has been reached. On the discount plan, I don't have an account spending limit.

k so anyway I'm a fairly new sprint cust. I've been trying for about 2 months now to register my account on line but so far no luck, they say my ssn or billing zip doesnt match, then tells me to call customer service and they can set up my account.... great except a few small problems... 1.) ive worked in sprint customer service for over a year now, well sales support now but close enough, 2.) i dont remember any of the direct numbers to get thru to a competent rep who speaks english as their first language!!! I deal with the bs enough at work i dont want to do it on my day off. I just want to have access to my account please please help!!!! lol what am i missing here? 🙄

I got a Mogul now. The 700wx, which I didn't take everyone's advice on, is soon to be sold. Anyway, back to the Mogul. Minus the few flaws, the phone is excellent. What I want to know is if it will take a 4gb card, or not? I wanna know before I spend the $107 on one.

why can't sprint be like everyone else and leak some live pics of their new line up.

the v-dub voyager is one of the cooles phones for the cdma network, plus it's on the top of my x-mas list. I think the the voyager beats of lg lx-260 10:1, and i personally love the color of the pearl...but anyway my (parents) contract ends in november, so i might not be sticking around in the sprint forums for much longer...

what do you guys think about the voyager, is it worth it?

LG Rumor/260 available for direct ship 10/21 in stores 11/04.
Blackberry Pearl available 11/04 and to coincide with the launch there is a new "Blackberry powervision plan." Not exactly sure what that entails but I'm pretty sure its going to be a lot cheaper than the current BB plan.

If the BB Pearl is going to be released on 11/04, that is 4 days past my 30 days, so I can't exchange and get it....
