Bentley BT ?s

Just joined the Sprint team and my first dilemma is a customer came in with his sick Bentley and wanted to pair the cars BT with his Razrs BT. It just would not work. After talking to Sprint senior tech support, Motorola and calling Bentley of Beverly Hills. I was told that the Bentley uses rsap(?) BT technology. Basically only GSM phones work with it. Does anyone know of any walk arounds (car kit etc) or anything? Thanks.

Sprint on Verizon/Network questions

I find the plans sprint offers the most attractive of the plans available from major carriers.

However, all the people I have ever known who have had Sprint hated it. Granted this was long ago

****My questions is:
As Sprint is CDMA and so is Verizon, do you get full access to Verizon's network without any fees?

I live sort of middle of nowhere upstate NY, so having access to both verizon and sprint towers would be good.

Telesales Woes

I purchaced a phone in july over the phone with employee support/telesales and returned it two weeks later because I didnt like it. They told me it would take "up to two bill cycles" before they would credit my account back what I paid for the phone. Its been two BCs and sure enough, no credit reembursement. Havn't called them yet but I will. The question is am I going to have a hell of a time getting my money back? Suggestions anyone?

esn hotlining

so, I wanna purchase an a920 for my wife, through a new act. that I did from Sprint to VZ 😎 and I wanna make SURE prior to buying it that the ESN won't be hotlined.

The customers did not port their numbers in, but did cancel their Sprint account. The local sprint store I called informed me that there was no way that the ESN could be hotlined if the customer initiated the cancellation of the service, even if the final bill was not paid up after the fact.

I don't wanna drop $$ on this phone if I would be screwed by doing so. I just want to be SURE that the phone will not be turned off in a month should they not pay their final bill.

if the gods of Sprint forum decide to descend long enough to hear this subscriber's plea, and ...

Moto Haters?

Why does it seem that the Sprint guys hate most Motorola phones? The curious thing to me is the fact that most Verizon people like them. As they are both CDMA you would think they would preform the same.

Release date for LG 260?

Does anyone have any info on when this device will be released? Im trying to make up my mind here. My guy friend has Nextel and wants me to sign back up with Sprint so we can have mobile2mobile. I am leaning towards to TMO for the SK LX thats will be available Oct 24th. Sprint does have the best data service but TMO has MyFavs and great text bundle plans. Both networks work well in my area. I just need a date so I can take both phones for a test drive to see which one I like better.
