Does anyone have Phone as modem working with Mogul & XP

I am a new Sprint customer with the Sprint Mogul. I am running a HP Pavillion laptop with Windows XP Media Center with all MS updates.

I am trying to get phone as modem to work so that the pavillion can access the internet via the Mogul. I paid for Phone as Modem and my other Internet services are working on the phone.

I haven't had much luck. Active Synch works fine with the other applications, but I cannot get phone as modem to work over the USB cable.

Sprint TS instructed me this afternoon that USB was not supported yet. This is substantiated by PCS COnnection manager not having a drop down for the PPC6800.

They indicate that I might be able to get bluetooth to work by making a custom profile.

Full-Duplex Phones

Am interested in getting a new Sprint phone. Do not want a device like a Blackberry or Treo, but I do want a phone that has full-duplex speaker. Actually, I'm interested in two types: clam shell and "candy bar" (as in not folding).

Why? Because I'm tired of getting scolded by my guy because I can't tell, when in speaker, that he's trying to talk because we both have half-duplex speakers ๐Ÿ˜ข . He only likes candy bar, I prefer clam shell. I do not want a phone with walkie talkie because I hate the chirping noise. ๐Ÿ™„

I know that LG's Muziq has full duplex. Are there others currently available? Thanks. ๐Ÿ™‚

Mobile Broadband cards

Hello,
Can anyone tell me if Sprint offers a broadband card for international use? I've been trying to get info directly from Sprint but have been fairly unsuccesful, either thru their website or their on-line reps. If so, any additional info would be helpful (rates, equipment models, coverage while overseas, etc etc).

Thanks ahead of time for your help.

Moto Q questions

I'm getting one. Here are a couple questions...

Is there a way to lock the keypad? How is it done? Can you set it to autolock after 10-20 seconds of no use?

Are there any navigation apps I can use with the Q?

Question About SERO Plans

I just looked at the SERO website and I see that you can get liek 1250 minutes plus unlimited data and text for 49.99....... You can not beat that price ๐Ÿ™‚ my question is however, if I wanted a blackberry phone, would that unlimited data be considered for blackberries or would I have to get a BB plan? Thanks.....

i got to play with the Airave, LX260, i335 and the Touch

went to a vendors fair today in Portland, and out of the whole show, only four things really stood out to me. someone correct me if you see any mistakes.

the airave is pretty sweet. it's going to retail for $50, and have a $15 MRC, like we all know, and will only need to be plugged into your DSL or faster connection. it will allow up to three phones to connect to it at any given time, and has a range that covers 5000 sq/feet. you can also set it up to only allow certain phones to connect to it, instead of letting your neighbors use it too. also, as long as your connected to this thing, all your domestic calls are unlimited. it works with any Sprint phone, as i'm sure everyone already knows. also, i believe it will only give a 1xrtt...

I need help...!!! Error Code 67...?!?!

Hey guys im in DEAD need of help!!! I was browsing on my Mogul earlier today, and when i went back it said "Error Code 67"
So far what I understood from it, is that i need a new Username and Password. Everytime i call tech support or CC all they say and suggest is to "Take out the battery for 30 seconds and put it back in" either that, or they tell me to soft or hard reset the phone. When none of those work they say "Hold on while I transfer you to Tech Support" after 20 minutes of hold time, :click: the line disconnects =(
ive tried everything, i got this REEEEEALLY smart guy in Advanced Tech, who told me to punch in ##3282## and it brought up some weird menu, he was taking me step by step but the line disconnected!! is there ANYONE that...

CHECK YOUR BILL - YEAN Advice Please

My husband and I are long time Sprint subscribers and after reading many posts in phonescoop decided to take a much closer look into our charges.....here what I see.

We live in the state of VIRGINIA, both have the Sprint Free incoming and Nationwide long distance, no roaming. After looking closer in the "Taxes, Surcharges, and Fees" I'm being charged taxes on any calls made outside of the state of Virginia. We called customer service and they "Yes, this is a mistake and they'll remove these charges from our next bill", how many people out that are not noticing these charges..... The total for the last three months is over $20 we haven't had a chance to review the previous month. Imagine how much Sprint is making if every three months ...

almost lost another activation today because of this f()cked up system... either get it out to the affiliate stores, or make it work easier...I lost three last month that almost cost me my commission check, and three returns this month because one number out of three couldn't port over, so the customer brought all three phones back.

ok rant over .. ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Cell Phone S-Video Cable?

I have the audio cable to transfer the audio of my phone to the tv. Does anyone know of a video cable able to transfer the video to a tv from a cellphone? I just thought it would be awesome for Sprint TV.
