hey guys! i wanna know your opinions and experiences to judge about EVDO And HSDPA. I have been with sprint for about 4 years now and really love there EVDO service and coverage, recently got the new razr 2. My friend is with sprint too, but said is going to switch to AT&T (cingular) and get their version of the razr 2. he's praising GSM and says HSDPA is faster than EVDO and that GSM is the future blah blah and faster speeds than EVDO. He even said that HSDPA will beat wimax too, because HSDPA And GSM will take over in the future. not really technical but wanna know which is fasters?? i hear a lot of stuff about the HSDPA. and whats the difference. thanks!

How will this affect us here at SPrint?

The current color, nickel gray, is being replaced with a new color stone gray. The new stone gray RAZR will be released end of Sept. Anyone have pics of the new color or have any idea what it will look like? Will inside have silver or black?

I dont know if anyone has heard of this but i though i would just throw this out there to any one who hates the need for the stylus at all times on ny of the windows mobile products...
Its called SPB mobile shell and actually learned about it from a customerand tried it and makes the phone a thousand times more touch screen friendly.. Just google it and i think it runs like 30 dollars a month or you can get a free trial....

I've seen two different release dates for this phone November 4, October 14, and someone said next month (Sept).

Can someone give me a more accurate date and how much full price would be? Please!!

Amazon.com has it priced at 149.99 but it was at 79.99 just last night. if you want the best phone out right now the time is now to get one.

Ok I am not suggesting everyone going out and doing this, but I had a starcom 6600 PDA phone that I bought of Ebay for like $100. I activated it on my Sprint Account and added the insurance. 2 months later it broke on me. I took it to a repair center and they could not fix it. Guess what I got? A NEW MOGUL!!! Sweet! I am very happy and it is totally worth paying $4 a month for insurance. Yeah I had to wait 3 days so they could order one, but it was worth the wait. I guess it depends what they have in the warehouse.

Okay, so I just got the MOGUL, I am a little concerned with the seeimingly slow txt application and the lack of MMS capabilities. Has anyone found a way to enhance these features? Are there any application downloads I might want to look into? Thanks in advance....

cust comes in with a bill that has 14 ringtones/calltones, and 2081K casual data usage.

here's the catch: cust has never registered at sprint.com, username is expired, and when i perform a ##rtn, the phones life data is 163K...

Even though I had a $1900.00 sprint write-off, I applied for a sprint account online, I got a letter in the mail that said APPOVED with a deposit or spending limit....

What exactly does this mean?

Could someone expline....

I think it either means:

A) Dude, you owe us money, but well take you back it you pay us a $150.00 deposit.

Or

B) You can only spend 125.00....

Customers please if you recieve the ringer for $9.99 charge on your Additional Usage charges and Purchases section of your bill please unsubscribe to those. The charge only appears when there has been a subscription initiated by that device for Premium service text messages. They will appear every month. The subscription code is a 5 digit SMS # which you have to send a message saying "stop, quit, cancel, end, or Unsubscribe" to discontinue service. The service can not be removed by customer care, a store, and no one else but the customer that uses that device. We can only block it which is only for end subscription set up so nothing can appear after the cancelation of subscription.

I have a Sprint treo 755 and it is constantly 'Connecting to Power Vision'. I am about sick of it. Is there a software update or something that I can do to stop this? Is anyone else having this issue? I had a 700P and never had this problem until I got the 755. Thanks.

Sooo I'm already happy with my connection on the U720. This is prob the fastest connection that I've ever had. Anybody know the website I can go to check out the speed???? 😁
