Does anyone know anything about the new phones coming out for the 4thQ. Like the phones or release dates?

My brother has an sanyo 8300 and his screen crack last night. Can he take to a sprint retail store since he has the $7 equipment protection plan. If they dont have that phone what model you think he might be able to get?

Ha ha just for fun i thought i'd post this. On September 15th the Sprint.com Website will be re-designed. pretty much its gonna give a better enhanced ability to navigate all of Sprints phones, incorporates user ratings and reviews on equipment, it improves the ability for customers to view and compare phones, an easier more better version of viewing phones in a 360 view, and now you can zoom in and zoom out on phones. Also a more cleaner, more intuitive design. Well, just thought id post this for fun lol 🙂

Has anyone had any issues with this phone. Is it worht buying?

When I have my phone on vibrate, it will vibrate at random times, no alerts or anything. Does anyone else have an issue with this? I've only had it for a week, but all last week it was fine, it just started this yesterday. (it's not new)

What is truely the easiest way to get one of these for a customer?

I had Sprint a few years ago and they allowed customers to trade in old phones in good condition and in return would receive a credit on their bill $25-$75. Are they still doing that?

I signed my contract oct 8th last year and it says the satisfaction date is oct. 8th of 2009. Does that mean I have a 3yr contract instead of two year contract???

I had my choice down to 2 phones and I went with the one I was more skeptical about. I figure if I don't like it I will get the other one.

I had a cust ask me this yesterday, I BS'ed and said easier to use menus and browser. Was I right? What really is the difference between the two? I have not personally owned Windows mobile yet, but will be getting a Mogul or Vogue soon to replace my fusic.

They are all trying to one up the other in the same kind of phone instead of being original and releasing their own kind of originallity. It's either thin like the Razr, or now touch like the iphone. Nothing unique that often like the Upstage, or the Samsung dual text phone, or the M1 with the 1GB internal.

I was recently doing some research for my sister on different family plans with different carriers, and I noticed that Sprint seems to be the only one that charges you a $9.99 additional line fee for the second line and other carriers only charge the fee when adding a third line. I'm wondering how its considered a family plan it seems to be more like a individual plan with an additional line. Can someone help me out here???
