Sprint cancelled by Sero after I tried to exchange a phone
I called Sprint 5 days ago and asked to exchange mt 755p for a Mogul.
It took me almost an hour to get my return and new order. I was told I would get it on Friday or Monday at the latest.
Today I called Sprint to inquire why I still did not have a phone. they informed me I had no order and transfered me before I could finish talking. While waiting, I was disconnected.
I called my local Store which is about 60 miles away and after giving him my phone #, he told me my account was canceled.
I am disgusted and burned out after dealing with Sprint Customer Service. Not sure what to do now.

To know which plan and what wireless device to get, drop by one of the corporate Sprint retail stores and talk with either a Lead Retail Communications Consultant/LRC or a Retail Communications Consultant about the two items. The LRCs are pretty much the Sprint Retail Store Manager and Assisant Manager/AM (if the store has them)'s pions and supervise RCs when the RSM and/or AM are not available. Get as much information you can various rate plans as well as wireless devices. Once you get all the information you need about which plan and what wireless device you want, thank the LRC/RC and head straight home and sign up using the Go home and go to www....

New service question
I have narrowed my choice down to 2 phones.
1 I am leaning toward over the other.
I would like to try to get the one to see if I like it and if I don't I would like to get the other one then.
Say if I've had the phone for a week and I don't like it how do I go about exchanging it for the other one?
Is there any fee I have to pay for an exchange in handset?
I've heard you got a trial period to exchange the phone for another one but only allowed 1 exchange.
I plan on ordering online so if I don't like the first phone do I call and have them send the second one and then send the other one back or what?
Any truthful answers will be appreciated.
