Anybody have any word on if/when Sprint will launch a family plan where a cdma and an iden device can share minutes?

... got a customer that wants to use a BB 8830 for PAM with his mac book. He has the USB bluetooth adapter and has the phone paired with the laptop but cant seem to get it to connect... Anyone have any insight?

Why would Sprint release there first qwerty slider handset with 1xrtt only? What could the reason be?

Can someone please tell me why it takes DAYS to bring a number on a Nextel device over to a sprint device then everytime you talk to porting they say they escilating this to "highest priority" and it will be at least 3-5 hours, then in 6 hours u call and they escilate it AGAIN to the highest priority and it will be 3-5 hours??

I ported over VZW and it was done in like 10 minutes

Am considering switching to Sprint after my AT&T contract expires because I have poor reception in my area. I hear the coverage and plans are great, but if you need to get in touch w/ customer service; "God help you". I've heard that CS is outsourced overseas and you experience long hold times. I've also heard that Sprint is making an effort to address these issues. Any comments from reps or users would be appreciated.

I've been reading alot about people buying phones online and through tele-sales, just to save a few $$ off phone or activation.

The thing is tho, retail and 3rd party stores like mine suffer when people buy from online. My job is to do buisness and help with my customer's needs, but if you come into my store and you bought your phone online, I'm not going to lie, I will direct you to customer service or corperate centers, I'm sorry. I work too hard for my customers, to spend time on someone's account who wanted to save $18!! If you want to support local buisness, then we will support you back.
